What a great way to spend my 50th. TC baseball

What a great way to spend my 50th. The entire ownership and staff have done an amazing job in making this happen this year. The stadium felt clean and safe with social distancing in all main areas. To Mike the stadium employee near section 108 - thank you for the conversation and history. To the players that gave it their all - good luck in your college careers. To anyone thinking about seeing a game this year - take the drive to TC - you will not be disappointed!

While in TC on vacation we took in a Beach Bums game and had a great time. The stadium is beautiful. It has an old time feel and has a Churchill Downs look. I was impressed with the quality of baseball they played and with how they cater to families and kids. Every seat in the place has a great view, the have a play area for when the kids attention span expires and a promotion every night. For $10 ($6 outfield lawn), this was the best value of our trip. Everyone had a great time.

So much fun for an evening outing while in TC. Everyone is super friendly and the atmosphere is just so enjoyable! Seats everywhere provide a great view. Tues and Thursday games are buy one get one free. So four of us got 5th row behind home plate for $24. Awesome. With parking only at $2. This is a definite must do while in TC if you're visiting during the season. The whole game is just awesome as each inning they have some type of entertainment for the kids. They have your typical ball park eats. Be sure to get your picture with the mascots, Sunburn and Suntan!

Lots of parking around a ballpark that doesn't looks more like an apartment complex than a ballpark. The location south of the city also makes for easy access. Like all minor league park, this is a family-friend place which I highly recommend.

It was a little confusing at first since no one was around to guide us, but a kind staff member eventually helped. You pay after picking by Venmo, cash drop box, or at the bar. Just note that if you pay at the bar, tax is added. They had live music while we were there, the pizza smelled amazing, and the cider options at the bar were great. They also have a corn maze, which looked fun, though my husband chickened out thanks to Children of the Corn . Overall, it's a good family spot. Just plan your visit early for the best fruit-picking experience!

They ran out of pizza, so we were forced to order overpriced members mark appetizers straight from the frozen aisle of Sam's Club. The boneless buffalo chicken wings were advertised as eight pieces, but we got six wings, no ranch, and paid $16. This was more than a pizza was supposed to cost, but again we couldn't order a pizza if we wanted too. The overall atmosphere was cool, but there was not staff to keep the place clean. We had plates from previous customers at our table during our whole visit. The only thing keeping this from a one star review was the awesome band, Wax. They put on a fantastic show! The staff was also friendly enough, but the management problems are abundant and on display.

I usually prefer tea bags; lecture me until my ears fall off but for I'm usually fine with sacrificing tea quality for the simplicity and convenience of a teabag. Light of Day teas, however, make me a believer in the magic of carefully blended, high quality tea. I used the Creamy Earl Grey tea to bribe myself to do the most mind-numbingly dense readings for my grad school courses, or for simply getting up and dressed for class on a grey winter morning. It's a true treat, and worth the high price. In addition to being absolutely delicious (black or with milk, sweetened or unsweetened), the tea and nearly all of the ingredients were grown at the Light of Day farm, which is certified biodynamic and right here in Michigan! Having originally tasted and fallen in love with Light of Day teas served on campus at the University of Michigan School of Public Health cafe, my friends and I made sure to visit the store during a trip up north. We felt like (grown) kids in a (healthy) candy shop -- there were so many kinds of tea, and they all sounded amazing! We all bought tins of tea for ourselves and as holiday gifts for friends/relatives, and also had a round of matcha shots, which were delicious. We strolled around the garden near the shop, but in warmer weather be sure to see the farm!
