Worst golf experience I've ever encountered. DO NOT WASTE MONEY UNTIL NEW MGMT ARRIVES! Just making the tee time, the manager was heard bad mouthing customers, just for starters. We spent $75+ at the clubhouse on refreshments before heading out to our round. At the turn, we went to go grab more food and drinks and were told they closed early "due to the heat" and "not enough people." No heads up was given to all the golfers who still PAID TO PLAY 18. We then went to the local party store to get food and drinks and upon returning were met with a rude teen who told us we couldn't return with the beverages unless we Venmo'd him $50. Disgusting behavior from management and the staff. Will NEVER GOLF HERE AGAIN. read more

The course was clean and trimmed well. Those greens were fast and true. The hospitality around the clubhouse was 2nd to none.

Course was great for a bigger group. Ranger moved people along well and stayed present most the day. The ladies inside were super friendly and loved their jobs. We had 8 guys for a bachelor party and it was a great time with no concerns. Will definitely go back. read more

This course was a pleasant surprise after reading some of the old reviews! Obviously, they have upgraded their maintenance as the greens were in good condition and cut to a medium fast speed. Some spots on the tees and under trees were patchy, but we never had a problem with any lies on the course. Good golfers and beginners can enjoy this course, as the have 5 sets of tees - back tees up to junior tees! So, a par four can play from 425 yards to 110 yards for everyone to have a great time! The staff was very friendly and accomodating! Kyle in the pro shop was terrific and we had drinks afterward on the patio that topped off the day! we will be back! read more

Course is not taken care of like it use to be. The conditions are a discrace and they are charging premium prices. We went to play 18 and it was so bad that we asked for a refund after golfing 4 holes. read more

Very challenging course. Greens were rougher like some of the roads in metro Detroit. Had a 4ft putt and it changed directions 3 times before missing the hole completely. Not sure this place was worth the $47 we paid. A solid $30 and a free beer would have been fair. read more

We enjoyed our round and the other golfers were nice, but they offered no Junior rate which amazed me. Kids under 12 should not have to pay that much. Course is in decent shape. We preferred Bay Meadows out of the 2 we played for "fun". read more

My boyfriend and I were here last October. It was a chillier day, but we ended up having an amazing time! They gave us a bit of a discount because of the weather, and we grabbed some of their chili to take with us (which was very good, and perfect for the day). The views were very pretty, especially the from the 6th tee. I'm just a beginner though, so take that for what it is! But everyone was very nice, and if you're looking for a pleasant way to spend a few hours, definitely come here! We were debating driving an hour plus to another course near the water, and so glad we didn't! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Traverse City! read more

We had our wedding at Elmbrook on 6/9/18 and it was a total success! We started the afternoon with a 9 hole scramble for guests that chose to participate and we had a blast! We held the ceremony on the grass in front of the clubhouse, the reception was on the deck. From first phone call to end of reception they handled EVERYTHING! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect, stress free day than Cindy, Rachel, Lori, Kyle and the rest of the staff provided for us. I showed up Saturday morning with boxes of bags for the golf outing and the reception and they took over, again, I did NOTHING! Beautiful setting, awesome staff and great food (taco bar!!!) made for a day nobody will forget. All we have heard from guests since is that this was the best and most fun they had ever had at a wedding. What more could you ask for? read more

pretty easy course, but there are some great views from a few tee boxes. i think #6 tee box has one of the best vistas on a golf course in the TC area. this place is great for outings. i pretty sure they encourage you to drink. I went here for a bachelor party and had an amazing time. They are very accommodating for big groups. Don't let that scare you away if you are going with a small group to have a relaxing time. They still make sure everyone is respectful to the other players. Cindy went above and beyond to accommodate our group. After spending only a couple minutes on the phone with her making the reservation. She gave me the confidence to not have to worry about anything with this reservation. It was one less thing to worry about as I was planning the rest of the party. If I were to plan another party or just go with family while vacationing in traverse, I wouldn't go anywhere else but here. read more
