Horrible service. They do not pick up garbage and then I called and was told for 5 days straight…read morethat they would get it the next day and they didn't show. In the summer we were told for 3 weeks that they didn't have a driver and there would be no trash pick up. Customer service is horrible!! This company is a joke and needs to be reported to the BBB.

I see where someone posted a negative review over 4 yrs ago stating their more than dissatisfied…read moreservice. WELL! here we are and nothing has changed. Trash pick up prices have increased and still my street goes 3 or more weeks without having trash picked up. At this point animals of all sorts get into the trash spreading it throughout the neighborhood. You can't take the trash in every night due to you might miss pickup, cause at this point you never know when Republic Services will ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB YOU PAY HIGH RATES FOR! Do the drivers still make their rounds? Yep they sure do, we see them weekly drive well past the speed limit not stopping at any house. And when you call Customer Service to report it, you get told the driver has reported his route complete there's nothing than can be done. Unfortunately there is no alternative service provider in the area. What are people to do!?
