I had a plumbing issue in one of my bathrooms. Several days…read morelater (on a Saturday, of course), I realized there was a lot of water in the basement (below the bathroom) and I could still hear dripping. Everything in the basement is water logged, and hard for me to move since I have a bad back. Not much I could do until Davis called Monday. We chatted for a few moments, and his first available appointment was for next week. This morning he called and said he had a cancellation and could come check out my issue(s). He was very close by and arrived within a few minutes. He saw all the issues and said "good news - bad news". He told me what I was seeing hanging from the ceiling where the tiles had given way not a plumbing line but an HVAC line. Great. But he then gave me several suggestions on what I could do myself to mitigate some of the issues resulting from the main problem. David could have told me all sorts of things, but he was very honest, and forthright with me. I sincerely appreciate this since I am "older" and have no clue about house plumbing. David is polite, funny, personable (I made a few comments about my situation very sarcastically, he came right back with a response - very quick witted!), honest and helpful! I was expecting to have to come up with a king's ransom (what do I know - I was preparing for the worst ...) and he elevated my concerns (fears). David is such a wonderful man, I (almost) wish I did have plumbing issues so I could hire him! I know that is something does come up in the future, I am definitely giving him a call! Thank you very much for your service! I appreciate you and I enjoyed out chat.

Well , where do I begin? I did my homework and find out what is required for the job in question,…read moreright down to permit requirements. In this case it was my moms roof. I didn't want her to be taken advantage off. So when the Eclipse team came to the house for the first time and sat down to speak us, I was equipped. But I was surprisingly REALLY impressed with the correct knowledge they had. The two representatives were Tony and Garrett and they were very kind, respectful, honest and understanding while still being professional. That complete package is VERY hard to find in any construction industry. They showed a GREAT face of the company ! They broke everything down. And I challenge you , if you decide to speak with them about your project, to go ahead and ask for a copy of their business license, insurance and even workman's comp. They will have it and be glad to give it to you! Tony even held our hand through the Insurance claim side of the job. it was my mom's first major insurance claim. And he ask if we had any questions or challenges. Now about the job: Now to put it in perspective the house is 150 years old and the roof was pretty bad. Tony and Garrett broke down the game plan on the "replacement" of the roof. (NOT Cover up like other companies do) And they kept in contact with us the whole time. The asked us if there were anything outside that needed protected when they come to put on the new roof. When the day came to work on the roof , Tony and Garrett were right in with the rest of the crew working along side. The entire team completed the job in one day. One 13 hour day. They also communicated with us about the clean up and left no shingle unturned. In conclusion this team exceeded our expectations on every step of the job. Don't be scammed by the other companies in the area . Instead I would HIGHLY recommend you save money and time by going straight to ECLIPSE CONTRUCTION !! And do it right the first time !! Thank you for reading my review!

Anyone wanting to use this company, message me, I have pictures videos to back up my review. We…read morehad a 35,000 insurance claim for the inside of our home which included extensive drywall work, lvp and hardwood installation, plumbing , painting. They had one person, Mike , with his son and cousin do all of it. Hardwoods became an issue-at least 20 different places with lippage, and gaps big enough to place credit card in, which I did to demonstrate how big they were, Chris/owner came out and refused to replace it. He opened door to our laundry room, I asked him what he was doing and asked him to close it, he proceeded to open and pointed down to a 20 plus year old transition piece of hardwood and said pre existing condition this is what you had before, meaning I should be grateful for what I have because our floors were showing age, told me I was being too picky and referred again to our pre existing floors. Next day, they bring in another worker who placed filler in the gaps, he had been doing so for 6 hours before we asked him to stop so we would have time to research long term effects of so much filler. Mike, installer, stated multiple times it was a manufacturing issue/problem with hardwoods and pointed to a huge pile of waste where it wouldn't fit together properly, when boss/owner, Chris Lazzelle came he back peddled on all of it, would not stand on his word of what he previously said, asked him why he changed his story, played the semantics game told us, "I said it was a manufacturing issue not problem." Are you kidding me? This is after he told us he left the bright construction light for us so we could see all the issues. We had to have transition strip from kitchen to living room replaced due to not matching three times, when I say didn't match, it was like black and white. Any issue with hardwood or hardwood steps was always met with we will fill it, I understand filler is used in all hardwood installs, but not to fill gaps that I literally placed a credit card in to show Mr Lazelle. What speaks volumes is the fact that the project manager coming on VERY LAST day of rebuild and stated "I'm just collecting information." WHAT, on last day?!?!? We Didn't even know he existed until he randomly started messaging my husband with appointments for cleaning and what not. This was our first time dealing with insurance and or contractors, PLEASE do your homework, we were too trusting!
