Absolute Air is far from perfect but I'm very satisfied with the end product. Our home needed a major HVAC upgrade. Absolute Air LLC completed the job with a few bumps along the way. The important part is that they finish the job and worked/responded professionally dealing with the issues the install had. I asked for things to be done and each time they showed up quickly to address my concerns. I've worked a few years now with Absolute Air. No matter what you already know, they won't schedule to fix it until they come out and look. This 'service call' is a minimum 2 hour call charge. 2. They literally won't schedule the work until after this service call. This means that if appointments to do the *actual work* are booking for 2 days from when you call, they won't block off an appointment for you, even if you agree to have the service call. You will get an appointment to actually fix the problem 2 or 3 days from the service call which is also days away. This means that you will have to wait days longer to get things fixed. Days matter when you have no sewer and have to stay in a hotel. Little known fact. If you call MUB they will post your job on an employee forum, so you can find someone that works for the city to help you in their personal time. I got someone out the same day it was posted, the price was right, and it was to code since this was his day job.

Told me that the leak was fixed. Ran the water and no leak. Had the wall re-drywalled. Didn't put the toilet back in and left the flange two inches above the floor and glued it on knowing it had to be taken back off so the toilet could be installed flush. Wouldn't return phone calls or respond to text messages. Had to hire another plumber who had to tear out the flange and replace it so the toilet would mount flush. Once everything reinstalled turned the water and had a leak on the floor where the pipe was to be replaced to and wasn't. Had to tear wall back out and had yet another plumber come and redo all the work this company had done and not done. Terrible. Stay away from and do not hire.

Unfortunately, the second time they did nothing but investigate, (for about 20 minutes tops), report that it likely wasn't sewage, and charged us $323.00!!! For 3 hours at $94 per hour plus a truck fee. We complained, and at first they seemed willing to discuss. But we paid the bill in a timely manner, and from that moment on, crickets, to our further inquiries. UPDATE 10/25/2021: Jordan Simon reached out to us after seeing our online reviews, and as a result of our conversation, the company has refunded a good portion of the charge. They offered to refund the entire amount, but we felt it was fair to pay some portion of the bill since they did come out and inspect. So more stars added to our review because in the end, they did respond to our grievance and we are satisfied.
