No matter what you already know, they won't schedule to fix it until they come out and look. This 'service call' is a minimum 2 hour call charge. 2. They literally won't schedule the work until after this service call. This means that if appointments to do the *actual work* are booking for 2 days from when you call, they won't block off an appointment for you, even if you agree to have the service call. You will get an appointment to actually fix the problem 2 or 3 days from the service call which is also days away. This means that you will have to wait days longer to get things fixed. Days matter when you have no sewer and have to stay in a hotel. Little known fact. If you call MUB they will post your job on an employee forum, so you can find someone that works for the city to help you in their personal time. I got someone out the same day it was posted, the price was right, and it was to code since this was his day job.

Told me that the leak was fixed. Ran the water and no leak. Had the wall re-drywalled. Didn't put the toilet back in and left the flange two inches above the floor and glued it on knowing it had to be taken back off so the toilet could be installed flush. Wouldn't return phone calls or respond to text messages. Had to hire another plumber who had to tear out the flange and replace it so the toilet would mount flush. Once everything reinstalled turned the water and had a leak on the floor where the pipe was to be replaced to and wasn't. Had to tear wall back out and had yet another plumber come and redo all the work this company had done and not done. Terrible. Stay away from and do not hire.

I was unable to run water down the drains or flush without water leaking into my side yard. They sent somebody down the next day to evaluate the situation and then scheduled me the next day for somebody to run the camera down the line. Not only did I have a leak because the line was damaged but another clog was forming. I was told that my pvc line attached to very, very old tile pipe. After being provided all the information, a decision was made to replace the old tile pipe with new pvc. The catch was that the old line ran under my carport. So, they had to schedule it to be dug up, not a small feat, replaced, and then covered again. With a weekend thrown in, having to wait on 811, and election day, it was a few days before the work could be completed. However, Graham-Simon is always worth it. They sent a two man team, Paul and Waylon. They were the nicest, most polite, hard workers you could ever want. They completed the job in a day and a half. Yes, Graham-Simon is a little more expensive but, if you get what you pay for, they are well worth the price. Graham-Simon answers their phone and they show up when they say they will.
