I specifically requested our presence while they worked. Given no notice, I did not have time to take off work. When told that, the owner started yelling at me & blaming me for him having no work. No work? Then why did we have to wait in the first place? Why on the message did he say he had another job in our area the same day? He is a flat out liar. I went to explain to him the situation but I couldn't get a word in with him yelling at me. I would have when he stopped if he wouldn't have hung up on me. He is the rudest business owner I've ever come in contact with. Go with another company. One that treats you like you are a human. If his work is as good as his customer service, it's terrible.
