Mark is more detailed oriented than I could ever think of being. He has planned 4 trips for me so far. They have ALL been well executed. He anticipated my questions before I asked them. As a senior handicapped woman, it can be more than challenging. Mark researched every option to be sure I would be comfortable and safe. For example, I was in South Africa and the tour guide was not what I expected. I contacted Mark, apprised him of the situation and how unhappy I was. The next day he had set me up with another more professional tour company. The next day!!! What more could one ask for.....

I foolishly let AAA replace an old battery in my car in 2022. The tech highlighted that it had a 3…read moreyr warranty but never mentioned that I had to be an active member for the company to honor the warranty. Now when the battery is faulty they refused to honor their warranty and replace the faulty battery. The customer service agent said that even though the disclaimer was NO WHERE on their warranty paperwork, it was on their website. Like who looks up the website when they are dealing with a dead battery. I am not a lawyer but one would think that such a disclaimer should be on the warranty paperwork. Over promise and under deliver. Probably when I have not been a AAA customer since 2022.

We rented our RV through Adventures Unlimited Rentals for Presidents Day weekend and they were…read morefantastic! The RV was very clean and the linens were nice and fresh. The guys came around to check on us after we were all settled in to make sure we were happy and everything was in working order. They were even kind enough to help out a family a few spots down who were having a problem with their personal RV. It wasn't even their RV and they helped them fix issue and walked away with a smile. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. We will be using them every time we camp!
