I foolishly let AAA replace an old battery in my car in 2022. The tech highlighted that it had a 3…read moreyr warranty but never mentioned that I had to be an active member for the company to honor the warranty. Now when the battery is faulty they refused to honor their warranty and replace the faulty battery. The customer service agent said that even though the disclaimer was NO WHERE on their warranty paperwork, it was on their website. Like who looks up the website when they are dealing with a dead battery. I am not a lawyer but one would think that such a disclaimer should be on the warranty paperwork. Over promise and under deliver. Probably when I have not been a AAA customer since 2022.

We then took our business elsewhere. Travel agents are a dying breed & obsolete really with the internet. She was pretty busy when I walked in, so she took my name and number, and promised she would call me back. No call. I called the next day, and she apologized, and promised she would get back with me later in the day with some prices and itineraries. No call. SO..READ THIS MELODY.. In the past 4 years, we have taken 8 cruises, AND a few other vacations. ALL of these booking could have easily been yours if you had BOTHERED to call me back.
