We  started our process with a group size of approximately 40 guests.  Now enter COVID 19. Our original date was 10/10/2020. We had everything in place from rooms to flights to ceremony. Like many COVID brides, we decided to pull the plug and reschedule for 2021. Talk about scramble! Finding times that will work for a group our size was a nightmare since all the other couples were rescheduling also. But Lori not only held our hands through the entire process, she went above and beyond to seek out every avenue to make it less stressful on us both mentally and financially. She worked day and night to move us and our group to the date we chose and emailed, called and worked our flight and resort vendors to make it as painless as possible for my people. We lost nearly half our group in the reschedule and due to travel concerns and Lori handled all of my friends and family members with grace and understanding. I would email her questions anytime they popped in my crazy over anxious COVID bride brain and she would almost always respond right away. I told her multiple times to ignore me until her business hours and spend time with her family...
