I highly recommend Mann's Platinum travel agency to everyone. I have been using them since 2018,…read moreand I have no plan to go to any other travel agency. They are so easy to work with, I just tell them what we want (etc. where we want to go, the dates, overall accommodations). They will give us a time the quotes will be ready, and they are true to their word (which is very important to me) because they touch base when they say they will. I'm not just writing this to brag on them (WELL YES I AM), but this is my honest review. The Mann's even travel with us from time to time. The bottom line is that they take care of their clients very well. We are a family, at least that's what I would like to think because we are treated so well. Thank you, Mann's Platinum Travel Agency. Keep up the good work. I have attached a few photos of different trips we booked through this agency.

My fiancé and I booked our honeymoon (that isn't going to happen) with Dunham Travel. We may be…read moremistaken, but we feel like a TRAVEL agent should know if we are TRAVELING to a destination that is going to be underwater. "Costa Rica in October" - Google that phrase. Within seconds you will see all warnings to not visit Costa Rica in October because it will torrential downpour DAILY. We were so confused as to why our travel agent wouldn't tell us "hey, its probably going to rain every single day on your romantic trip" so we decided to cancel. We bought insurance so we assumed it would be no issue. Before we even had the chance to call and cancel we received an email form Pat saying OUR RESROT WAS CLOSING DOWN. So she told us she moved us to another hotel (that we couldn't even approve). When we called to simply cancel our trip (again-INSURACE), we were told we would not get our money back (the downpayment for the trip). We were told the ONLY way to get our money back is if we rebook with her company. Right. Because we are going to rebook our honeymoon with a company that was going to send to a romanic week of drowning in Costa Rica. I guess now I'm just slightly confused at what a travel agent does that a quick google search+travel sites cant do?

We just got back from a trip to Costa Rica that Margarita from Vega Travel helped us plan…read more I had contacted Vega just a few weeks before our trip. Making reservations for holiday travel can be tricky, but Margarita was very helpful in planning the trip, booking all the activities from our wish list. We made our own housing and flight arrangements (something Vega can do for you) but Vega researched and booked everything else for us - we got English speaking private tour guides and drivers between our accommodations (we stayed in 4 different places during the 11 days) and points of interest. Working with Vega was very easy - after initial phone conversation, everything else was discussed over e-mail. Their response time was under 24 hours (and sometimes within minutes). Prior to our trip, Vega provided us with an app that included all the travel arrangements and phone numbers in one place. During the trip, while we worked with different guides, there was a local contact for the entire trip, and when we did have a couple of small glitches, we had someone to contact who quickly responded (even on Christmas Day!) and resolved our concerns. After the trip, Margarita followed up to see how our trip went. I will definitely work with Vega again in the future.
