However, what really stood out to me was how Turney made sure I had everything I needed when I got sick. I was freaking out because I was supposed to hike Machu Picchu the next day, and Turney made sure that my arrangements for the next day were changed and taken care of, as well as called and had somebody bring me water to my room when I was too weak to get it myself. Through a series of emails over the course of a week, he offered a couple of options at different price points.
