This was just my experience. I think a phone call to walk through the final itinerary would have helped. A few things hadn't been made clear to me in the end. Sometimes things just aren't a good fit, and in this case I think this agency isn't a good fit for me personally.

I also used her to book my personal adoption travel and she was amazing to handle that and all the crazy of that quick trip.
