They couldn't seem to find replacement aircraft in a timely fashion and their communication was awful, never even told us the aircraft would not be at the airport until about 45 minutes prior to our scheduled departure. I know many people had issues with private flights the last year but at least be up front and keep the customer informed. We're not impressed with their flight operations department for sure. Their billing people screwed up our final bill about four times before getting it correct. Not a good experience for us, especially when considering what you pay to fly private.

Her response is, "will you be giving tip now or later?"n My wife and I thought paying $15 for coupons and such is really cheap for a day trip. It's not. Greyhound is cheaper and offers the same thing. They go around Quincy (a few stops). In my opinion, they need only one stop for Quincy. We went to 3. Waste of time. And was finally on the highway to go to Foxwoods an hour later. The bus doesn't have rules and the people in front of us talks really loud and will use their phones with speakers on as their having a conversation. I know it's not the companies fault for ignorant people; but they need rules. As for not planning and we randomly wanted to go after we woke up, we called and the lady on the phone was really nice and answered our questions professionally. The lady on the bus is really nice too (better if she didn't ask for tip). Upon leaving, she expects $2 a person for tip. First and last time on here.

They offer a ton of discounts for various services, insurance and collaborative partners. They also help do passport expedition. I made an appointment to do dmv stuff like licensing for real ID and passport stuff. Glad they down the street and have a parking lot. Get some froyo next door if you have a wait.

Before paying her last year, she pressured me so much to send her my money saying if I did not I would miss out on the deal. Pretty much within a day of inquiring about a trip the pressure started to begin. it is now that I realized  after reading these reviews, that she felt so compelled to pressure me because she had to pay back someone else who was promised a refund or book their flight as she probably spent that person's money. This is quite a vicious cycle. I too, never received an itinerary about my trip. Just a cancellation with an explanation that actually made no sense. Whenever I asked is my flight even booked, she simply told me it was booked and that I did not need to worry because I can "trust her." Now, over a year later, here I am, still not refunded from the trip I never went on. please do yourself a favor and RUN and do this as fast as you can!!

I will preface by saying that I have had some positive moments but all things considered, this business' customer service leaves more to be desired. I have been waiting for a refund for about 2 months. Ive accepted the fact that this business just stole my money. So BUYER BEWARE. Here are the reasons for my rating. - Booking confirmations don't occur until days before your trip. Of my successfully booked trips, I received confirmations a few days before departure. For trip I asked for confirmation in advance I kept getting the run around ("check with the team" then silence). I rather pay more for security knowing that my trip is booked. I won't make any assumptions on why confirmations are so delayed, but read some of the previous reviews and make you own educated guess. - Piss poor customer service. Overall, communication is terrible. I felt like I was constantly having to follow up. I would receive messages with a date for follow-up. Date would come and go and *I* would have to follow-up. I've never worked with travel agencies - I prefer to handle my own business. But I don't think agents/agencies should be this disorganized when it comes to follow through with their clients. I was far more patient than I should have been. After radio silence from the travel agent, I started receiving messages and calls from other "staff" (a 'Nelyn Nimue' and 'Ruben Enriquez'). The Ruben character was supposed to call me back after "investigating" why I haven't received my refund...that was a few weeks ago and still no call back. - Questionable business practice. Again, read the previous reviews. Nothing against mobile services but my gut told me, paying for my service via CashApp is pretty questionable for a "business". Now I'm stuck unable to rightfully dispute my stolen funds (as I said....2 months and still waiting for a refund). Just a bunch of BS and excuses. I wouldn't recommend this agency to an enemy. Lesson learned.
