In my personal endeavour to try tiramisu at every Italian restaurant in the world, I of-course had to try the Vivo rendition, and it was beautiful. Served in a ramekin with a little Italian flag perched on top, I could feel the chorus of "Il Canto degli Italiani" surge through me in every bite.
