The bin itself was rusted out so terribly there were gaping holes in places, and don't even get me started on the smell! As we were loading the things in our neighbours enquired about some of the items so I gave them free rein. Ended up hosting a week long dumpster dive from my driveway, helping out the neighbourhood as well as the planet. When I brought this to the company's attention and asked for a possible price adjustment I received a very curt, rude response. So ended up filling only 1/4 of my bin, being charged almost 500 bucks after all the hidden fees (which all come with their own taxes.) Overall not an experience I wish to ever repeat

Ultimately though when their team arrive they will offer an estimate based on an eyeball take on how much what you want gone will take up their bin. In 15 minutes they were in and out, removing what I asked of with little trouble nor damage. Heck hauling out a large "boob tube" CRT TV didn't seem like a struggle for the two men. They will even make a follow-up call checking in if things are satisfactory. Overall a satisfactory job and would consider them again if ever in need of such a service again.
