Well today my mission was to find a trash removal service for my son's unit. So I googled and came up with this veteran owned trash removal business. I was ecstatic, since I'm a veteran too! Easy peasy, right?. Nope. I spoke with "Scot" and asked him if they did trash removal in Dorchester. I was told by Scot that they weren't doing Boston today. Then in the same breath he wished me the best of luck and hung up. Wow. No other were suggested. I'm perplexed. When the first bullet on their site clearly states: *We are local to and service all of the Boston area* At this point I'm still looking. But I'm very disappointed with "Willy". read more

I spoke to Steve the owner who walked me through their process and how I would be given an estimate. The schedule pick up time was between 11:00 to 1:00. Before arrival we got a call telling us, they would arrive in 10 minutes. I'm so happy they arrived at the top of the scheduled time! Both men were very professional. The biggest item was my mom's hope chest. I agreed with the pricing and was charged $10 less than expected! All were removed within 25 minutes. I asked if they could discard the larger trash items before I swept the area. No problem! if I ever need a removal service, I will definitely use this company again! read more

The response from Steve is not good enough. He's saying that if I wasn't happy with the price, I didn't have to move forward. That's the issue, I was quoted a price, your guys came and gave a different price. I needed to have that junk moved that day. Saying I could say "NO" is not honest. If I said NO, then the junk would've been there still and It HAD to go that day. What this shows is lack of accountability and professionalism on the part of the business. The main point, and one that they have never addressed, is that they said 1 number on the phone and said a MUCH, MUCH higher number in person without even looking at the junk. No explanation. Just an upcharge. 1 star rating is deserved. read more

Matt and Kyle are very professional and get things done efficiently. They are rather friendly and polite. It was no trouble at all, and the process took 1/4 of the time I thought it would. I am impressed, and recommend them highly. read more

We had a shed with its contents in addition to a treadmill and a motorcycle engine in our basement removed today. The 10 x 12 wooden shed was demolished and carried up a steep slope to the truck, along with all its very filthy contents. Jason and Roger were scheduled to be here for 6 hours. They finished in a bit over 2. They also kindly carried several cinder blocks that had been used as a foundation to their next storage place under our deck. To say we are pleased is an understatement. They were not only quick, but courteous and pleasant to have here. We highly recommend them and this company for trash removal. The price we paid, just under $3000, was well worth it. A bargain. Great company! Great guys! read more

Trash Can Willys Junk Removal Service - Roger and Jason after a day of demo and hauling a large wooden shed. Thank you for an excellent job!! Well done!! - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Framingham, Massachusetts

We called several other businesses to get quotes for removing an old television set. We went with Trash Can Willy's because we got the lowest quote. The men were professional and friendly and got the job done. The price quote was a range and I was very pleased that he gave me the low end of the price range. I highly recommend this company and I appreciate their fair pricing and friendly and professional service. Keep up the great work and thank you, from Caroline and Shay read more

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Richard and another man (I didn't get his name) were prompt and communicative through the whole process. I had an attic clean out that was not an easy job and they did it all with a smile on their faces. The price was more than reasonable and I am so appreciative of them tackling a task I just couldn't do myself. read more

Trash Can Willys was great! I reached out to them to have a small shed removed from behind our house back in June. I had figured that it'd be a few weeks before I could get on the schedule, and was thrilled that they were able to fit me in the very next week. The team was quick, and had that (rather stubborn) thing down in a few hours, and even hauled away the stuff inside it (left by the previous homeowner), and some of the cement blocks that had made up the foundation of the shed. They gave me a quote before adding the extra items, to ensure I knew what the cost difference between the originally discussed items and the additional cement blocks would be before proceeding with taking them out. While working, they were careful of the neighbors' new fence and the side of our house. Given that they were tearing down a ~6ft wide structure that was in a ~7ft wide space between the two, and the shed was built right up against the back of the house, I was very happy that both came away with no knicks or scrapes. read more

Jeremy and Jah were great. Punctual, friendly, and professional. I would hire them again.

This is my second time using Trash Can Willie's. Again, they were prompt, honest of price and worked super fast to clear a lot of junk from the backyard. Brad, Mike, and Kevin were attentive and made sure everything I needed taken was out of the way. Their honest, competitive pricing is a huge plus. I will absolutely use their service again. read more

These people went and created a postive review by my brother which my brother never did leave. This is ILLEGAL! You used my brother's identity to make it look like a good review how dare you! I cannot believe you would do something like that! It was bad enough you overcharged but to fake someone else's identity that is ILLEGAL! UPDATE TO REVIEW..... After a quick response from trash can willy's as well as an apology I will update my review to a more fair one. Even though the guys arrived 3 hours late they did get all the items out and did not leave behind a mess. They also removed the survey the employees filled out without my brothers consent.I trust they will not allow that to happen again. Thank you for the fast response to my complaints and correcting as best you could I do appreciate that. They also did reimburse a portion of the charge to bring it to a more reasonable charge so thank you for that as well. read more

They came, they took. Including what we said was the pile NOT to be removed. We were moving so I had stacked up rubber bins and a large black portfolio case with all my design work within that I had put aside next to the rubber bins and clearly stated was NOT TO BE REMOVED. This was my lifetime's work, culled down to fit into that portfolio case. All gone! Plus they took all the boxes I had purchased for the move. So here we go - boxes can be repurchased, but your lifetime of work - POOF! They are fast and strong, but if you use them, stand next to them and WATCH EVERY SINGLE THING THEY TAKE! They do not think, they move. read more

Wow! So very impressed by all three of the guys who came to help clear some large items out of our house. Louis (2), Marcos & Seth were AWESOME, friendly, fast, polite and got the job done! They removed a huge player piano for us and some other heavy items and they had such a good attitude about it. Please know how great your employees are! read more

The team they sent was was wonderful. There was a maze of 15 years of discarded furniture, empty boxes, old canned goods(yuck) and a tremendous amount random junk needed to be cleared out of a basement. They checked several times with me as to what we were keeping or discarding so we did not have any problems. The price was much less than the national company I had used previously when cleaning out my mother-in-laws house. When the time comes to clean out the rest of the house they will be the only call I make. read more
