I was flabbergasted by the methods that seemingly every employee was using. Be short rude mean and walk away. At the Chattanooga station everyone just had to wait outside in the cold. The woman at the ticket booth was very rude and unpleasant. It was an experience that I didn't know existed in this time and age. If you have any kind of respect and pride for yourself family and friends I will advise you never to ride on grey hound bus. You will regret it.

When the attendant at the Nashville location causally changed our tickets from 2Am departure to 10 am( and I expressed my distress , I was met with the most unprofessional , ignorant response Of " until you calm down you need to step to the side " it took everything in my power not to act up in front of my child , but I professionally asked her to proceed with changing our tickets so my child could see how a professional, level headed adult acts! Bus ride back was much smoother but I believe that contributed to the veteran drivers experience and ability to deal with customers effectively, they def should train the unprofessional non- veteran drivers!! The initial route traumatized my child. I will never make her endure anything so horrendous ever again !!!! Greyhound should focus on ensuring they have RELIABLE COURTEOUS staff and adhere to strict punishment for drivers and personnel who do not adhere! Otherwise, they will continue to receive bad reviews such as this! They have lost a customer for life! Trust and believe my extended family won't be riding either!

The hanger in which we had our yelp party was held there. I was able to view some of their amazing planes and see how immaculate their hanger was. Where there is a clean and well kept hanger, there are dedicated staff., which in turn means their service is probably impeccible! If flying to international waters, they will handle all the customs for you. You will also leave directly from their private hanger, as they are both domestic and international certified. When i'm ready, I will choose them for my charter expeditions.
