I would even drive 30+ miles just for an oil change. I trusted them THAT much. Carlile Motors is our new shop. Our 2020 Suburban started having a click in the engine in March 2025. After taking it to several shops, even to a Chevy dealer, we just didnt feel like we were getting straight answers from anyone. In August 2025 we found Carlile Motors. Cesar at Carlile knew immediately what our issues were. He walked me through the fix every single step of the way from identifying the issue, explaining how it likely happened, explaining the relationship to that part of the engine to everything else, and what the options are for a fix. He explained a short term fix and a long term fix, the costs, benefits and challenges with each. Cesar explained everything to me in laymens terms because I dont speak the automotive language. Carlile Motors is top notch, and our new auto shop. They should be yours, too, if you dont already have a car guy. They do everything, from a simple oil change to major repair jobs. They work on fleets of vehicles, too, including state law enforcement vehicle fleets and jumbo dump trucks. That says a lot. Thanks Cesar and Carlile Motors Team.
