Went to the store a couple days ago to have them look at my tire I purchased 8 months ago. Prior to…read morethat I had the car scheduled at another shop for a rotate and alignment. The other shop said the new tire was defective and should be replaced prior to an alignment. Never took a shot at Tires plus. When I went to the tire plus store in okeechobee Steve said 1. Must be something wrong with your car. 2. He is no mechanic and wouldn't know what to look for. 3. There always short staffed there so it would be 3-4 hours before any one could even look at it. 4. Other shops want to blame the tire versus there shop. Asked than why does Firestone give warranties on tires . Drove 48 miles to another Tires plus store and within 1 and a half hours they replaced the DEFECTIVE tire for a minimal charge . This is probably the 4th or 5th poor experience I have had with the Okeechobee store. I will NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS TIRES PLUS AGAIN. If I was a supervisor of that store I would blow it up and start over. Good luck
