Nice guy, but just not gonna get the job done. Hired him at 120 an hour to do a Painless wire…read moreharness install. After nearly 2k and numerous cancellations, no shows and a lot of frustration and two months, I was left with some wires pulled through the firewall. He asked me to order parts which I did. They were all wrong: Pitman arm and ignition module had to be bought again because they were incorrect parts. The first day he arrived his truck leaked a lot of oil all over my driveway and I spent an hour cleaning it. Unfortunately a total waste of time and money. I don't think he's dishonest, I just think he's inept. After review of his response I have made additions: see fotos and the dates in the screenshots. This response was totally unacceptable and to blame me for this lack of professionalism is just plain wrong! See the dates and fotos. This truck is a 140k truck with some needs to I wanted addressed. It needs a few parts like you'll see in the chat! This wasn't a customer scorned. I just wanted my truck fixed !!! This of you that have been scammed and strung along by a mechanic will understand!!!! See the screenshot with cancellations and change dates. This was chronic cancellations and changes. I missed work one day. In fact, I even gave him my code to the garage to accommodate him. But, too much is too much. I couldn't justify paying him for constantly uncertainty. I can do this all day. Let me start by the metadata claim.... These are screen shots take the day of this posting genius....look at the dates in the chat. The parts you said I choose cheaper parts of lower quality ... see the new screen shots where you told me to purchase the specific parts and I did. You have disgraced yourself and lied and it's here in black and white with your chat. Also, pay attention to the dates that you told me to purchase and my response was I got them. You say you had no role which parts I purchased which is an absolute falsehood! It's in black and white. I have the chats here that you directed me to purchase certain items and I did! Highly customized? It's a totally stock 302 Ford Motor. The truck is a complete original and stock. The claim about a Latin America Truck is laughable. Is he a mechanic or a comedian? It was manufactured in the USA for Latin America and Canada. Know why? It has a speedometer in KM and hour. Yah the speedometer is in metric KM. Any novice can see that in the foto. My gosh! As for your cancellations and late shows. Look at 1 of numerous screen shots where you cancelled after I waited all day. In fact, I had to text you and ask "guess you're not showing?" I believe that was the day I didn't go to work and waited all day for you. Another falsehood that you claim all cancellations were done in Advance. See it in the screenshot You're deceit and lack of candor this will only make you look even more unprofessional. Keep editing, I'll keep posting the truth. I'm awaiting for an apology. BTW - having a couple friends make 5 star reviews the day I call you out isn't fooling anyone. They can see the dates and the lack of activity on their accounts. You had 2, 5 star ratings and nothing ore when I hired you... should have been the red flag to stay away. Now you have several with no depth and 3 of them posted within a couple hours of each other yesterday .

My wife's leased Ford Fusion was 3 months out from expiring, decided to shop around to buy an SUV…read moreand remember someone once telling me that if you travel outside of the city to more remote/quiet towns, you get a better deal. Having gone online to some local/nearby "city" dealers and typing in the year/make and model, the 1st thing I notice is that most are $1195 to $1595 under MSRP so I tried the cities of Belle Glade and Okeechobee and "voila', Gilbert Ford shows up and I type in the same, exact car/model search and their results are roughly $3-$4,500 dollars LESS than the manufacturers MSRP. So I call Gilbert Ford, happen to get the sales manger, Phillip Edwardo on the phone, told him what car/model we wanted, the accessories we wanted with the car, we easily negotiated the price and "bam", the sale was over. As it turns out, Phillip lives in Wellington, my wife and I live in Wellington, so we NEVER had to go to their location to view, sign or even pick up the car. ALL of it was done via phone and text and he even delivered the car to our door and drove off with our trade-in and the car/monies were EXACTLY what we agreed, not a penny more! How cool is that? SUPER easy, SUPER non-stressful, SUPER no-hassle. I HIGHLY recommend you give them a try and FORGET the local, jacked-up, hyper-intense local dealers, sales sharks. Car buying made easy AND we bought American!

I shall start with this: I had visited seven different dealerships (five specifically for JEEP, the…read moreothers for BMW and Cadillac); and I drove about two hours to Okeechobee to do business with Okeechobee Dodge Chrysler Jeep & RAM. As a person in sales myself, and as a very choosy consumer, I judge a business (in this case, a car dealership) based upon communication efficiency, manners, knowledge, and - most importantly - its team's patience with me ‍ André picked up the phone and answered every detail about the automobile I wanted - we compared years, colors, packages. And he was able to do what I call, "working backwards." He quickly helped me decide whether it was worth my time driving out there after I told him exactly what I was looking for: Make, model, year, cash amount brought to the table, monthly payment and trade-in options. My product specialist/sales person, Roxy, was amazing - a fellow queen! We took a test drive and had some friendly conversation. She went into every detail of exactly what I was getting myself into - from the automobile itself to the financing process. She even educated me on traditional bed liners versus spray liners. Best of all, after Andre said that my proposed deal was a "go," Roxy began paperwork preparation to save SO much time of the mundane steps of car buying. And the final step - finance manager! Thank goodness Mr. Vomero? (Rhymes with "Romero" ) could talk sports. Personality is crucial when you're signing over a few years away in the financial aspect of life. He even took his "sales hat" off and provided to me solicited advice about what to finance in life, pay off, etc. I so much appreciate it when the "human" comes out of a sales staff member. My point is: the small town customer service is *real* - I'll be there again just to stop by and say "hello." To the other dealerships who didn't answer my thorough emails or even reply to my correspondence via courtesy call... this review is for you, too. Respectfully, take heed. Thank you ALL at Okeechobee Dodge Chrysler Jeep & RAM!

In late September 2026, I had to bring my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL with 54,140 miles in for repairs…read morebecause the right rear and third brake light were not working properly. The 3rd brake light was not lighting up and the right brake light running light was not working (all LEDs were working, possibly a controller issue). I demonstrated to the service rep that the right brake light LEDs all lit up, but the running light did not stay lit. The left brake light worked as intended. That evening, the service rep called to inform me that the 3rd brake light wire had been damaged on install. I told the rep to ignore that, I would do the repair myself. The service rep also stated that the mechanic replaced my right rear brake light and confirmed that there's nothing wrong with my original brake light because their light also did not work properly. They confirmed that it was a body controller issue. They then wanted to charge me $2600 with the labor and they included the new brake light replacement in that fee. I was a bit confused and asked them why I should replace a perfectly good working brake light which they themselves said works just fine. I had them remove that brake light and put mine back on. The new estimate was $1600 ($1741 with the 3% CC fee), A week goes by and I gave the dealership a call on a Thursday. My service rep had gone on vacation and my jeep status was unknown. A couple hours later they called and told me that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I was not able to pick up the vehicle till the following Tuesday. Not only did they not fix the right brake light but it doesn't even flash anymore. The spare tire cover was practically hanging off the vehicle. My third brake light was also missing multiple screws, holding the light to the vehicle. The 3rd brake light wire was just dangling down the back of the jeep, no longer inside its tube channeling. Although the 3rd brake light works when applying the brakes, the running light does not work. Upon opening the back of the jeep, the right side of the vehicle interior had been disassembled and not reassembled. There was a broken cover for the wiring access point. The tailgate does not close all the way, a section of plastic finish is stopping it, they reinstalled the finish over the door weather stripping. At home, I removed the spare tire and found that of the 7 screws holding the 3rd brake light together, 4 of them were missing. Of the 8 bolts holding the tire carrier to the vehicle, 5 were missing. The mechanic had also disconnected my winch, leaving the negative wire rubbing against the alternator belt. I informed the service manager Jim of this issue over the phone and in person. Jim says that as far as he is concerned, the vehicle has been serviced and nothing else needs to be done to it. He accused me of dropping off the vehicle with all the screws and bolts missing. I have asked for the labor and parts documentation three times, once over the phone and twice on two seperate visits to the dealership, and the service manager has just made excuses to not give me the paperwork. I asked to speak to the store manager and Jim, the service manager said that I did not need to speak to the store manager, he also told the workers not to give me the contact information for the store manager. I had to get the store managers contact information over the dealerships recorded phone line. Also if you are thinking about buying a jeep from this dealership, The mechanic told me that not only is my jeep Shody but that all jeeps are Shody.
