So I spent in the area $250 for interior auto detailing- it was my wife's car. Everything seemed fine when I picked up the car. It was when I went to the carwash to have the outside cleaned I noticed that I couldn't adjust the head lights because the entire light switch was pushed well into the console I couldn't adjust the lights at all because it was out of reach When I had first dropped off the car at Transhine I remember the guy telling me that they were expensive but the value is "when you come here they get it done right the first time so you don't have to come back." Well that's not the case They never said anything about the damaged headlight switch until I brought it to their attention when I returned the car. The gray racing stripes on my 2016 Mustang were deteriorating and they were barely a year old. I contacted Transhine and got a reply from Jesus same day. I was greeted by Bill and he took a look at the car and explained removing the stripes as well as the exterior detail I requested. Jesus kept me updated with the removal of the stripes and that it was tougher than expected and gave me a revised quote. Not a problem for me as I just really wanted the stripes removed and car made beautiful again. Brought my car in at 7 am and it was done by 2:30. It looked just as if I had driven it home from the dealer! Transhine is quality and cares about their work. I'll be back again ( maybe to get clear matte stripes installed) and for 6 month wax. I cannot say enough good things about this place. My lease was up on my Honda Odyssey Van and it was in desperate need of a deep, thorough cleaning (3 kids can do a lot of damage in 3 years). HORRIBLE ! Ruined the SRS cover by chemicals causing discoloration and now it stands out. It's a HUGE EYESORE. Took 2 days to get it back when was told 4-5 hours. Guy who gives estimates is very condescending and needs to learn customer service skills. Didn't even go into the trunk ! Had to do the car over because when I inspected it they had missed a LOT of places that weren't cleaned . Charged $195 for what I've seen done at car wash detailing shops ( and a better job) for only $80.00. If you want a bad job and be told your car is to old then this is the place for you. I'll NEVER recommend them for what they did and no apology nor discount offer either ! FIND A PROFESSIONAL PLACE THAT WONT DAMAGE YOUR CAR ! In regards to your reply BILL regardless if the car is 13 or 3 years old you shop ruined the SRS cover as I have pictures of before and after and your chemicals discolored it so OWN IT. The car was in good shape overall for its age so that's not a good excuse using the age. Won't be back and won't recommend SO lip service away ! I've been taking my cars to Transhine for many years now. I've have had complete polishing/waxing , dent removals, carpet cleaning. and paint touch-ups done. All the work has been done so well and professionally. Transhine will be more expensive than other detailers in the area but this is where the old addage "You get what you pay for" comes in to play. I am no professional detailer, but I have spent a great deal of time learning about car detailing and can tell what is a good job verses a great job. Transhine always delivers a great job. Multiple details of polish/waxing-My cars have always smooth feeling and swirl-free. Dent removals-they've always look great and can't tell they were there in the first place. Carpet cleaning- carpets came out great looking. Paint touch up on bumper-Had one done because I scraped my bumper and they touch up the paint to match existing. Looked really good . Bil Shiner is a true professional. His staff is great as well. His facilities are presentable and it's a well established company; not a fly by night business. I've had my truck detailed here a few times now. Most times, I would bring it early in the morning, as per their request, but it wouldn't be done until the very end of the day. Convenient for them but what about the customer? I've gotten my truck back with many smudges & hand prints throughout, and I had to wipe it down myself. No big deal, but that's not the reason I pay a pro to detail my truck. Unless you make a request, the wheel wells are not sprayed clean and the truck bed isn't wiped to eliminate the water spots. Expect to pay more for this, of course. In my experience, it is a hit or miss here. Sometimes you'll get a nice job done & other times you won't. For me, it's been one too many mediocre detail jobs. I've moved on. I also got the clear paint protection bra on my truck. I got it back with a few visible creases & bubbles, especially on the curved headlights & fog lights. So here's the story.. I went to a local car wash who absolutely destroyed my driver's side door, multiple dents and a nasty abrasion. They decided not to take the blame for it, a very admirable thing. My only choice was to correct the mistake myself or should I say, with the help of Transhine! These guys were very professional to say the least. They gave me a free quote and followed up a week later with a call to see if I was still interested. Due to my hectic schedule, I had actually forgotten about the quote and that very call got me scheduled in for a repair. I couldn't be any happier! The door looks better than it did when I first bought the car. The dents and abrasion are a thing of the past. As far as pricing, it's definitely going to be more expensive than your local carwash, but those dirty crooks are the ones who got me here in the first place. The best detail shop- period. I have been going to Transhine to have Bill and his staff detail my cars for over 10 years. I have referred many friends there too. They do excellent detail inside and out, tint and clear protection products for the front of your car. When I was younger we would get the cars waxed at the car wash- always one of those 30 minute deals. Transhine takes all day but its worth it. They do the entire process with multiple steps, taking their time along the way. One of the key differences is how they treat the paint. They don't simply wax your car covering all of the embedded dirt, Bill understands the importance of polish and clay. They take the time to mask your molding so you don't get the annoying white powder from wax on your window and door trim. The inside of your car will be spotless and fabrics do not attract dirt like poor quality jobs can. The dressing they use on plastics and rubber is not greasy. The tint is exceptional, always done without bubbles and it never turns purple. I have had several cars in for the paint protection film and it has always protected me from dings. Lastly, I have had them do painless dent removal on a vehicle and do touch up paint on a bumper scrape. In fact, they can do that for just about any scratch (if not too deep) on the car I believe. MUCH cheaper to do it here than at the body shop. I cant say enough about the quality- superior to everyone else. I highly recommend them! read more

What can I say about Bill, Jesus and the entire Transhine Team... They do excellent work!!! I had the front end of my 2016 Mustang GT wrapped with the protective paint film. The finished work turned out great. I recently had the Ultimate Detail services completed and again, amazing results. My car looked like it rolled off the showroom floor. The paint had a mirror gloss shine and the interior emitted that "New car smell." Zero complaints in regards to the work that was completed. This place is right next to a Office Depot and Midas shop. The prices are not cheap but you do get what you pay for and the work is excellent. For example, I went with the headlight service where they buff out all the yellow film that can accumulate on the outside of a lens. In addition to this, they wrapped a 3M adhesive to the outside of the lens to coat it so that the headlight restoration remains permanent. That's right! Once done, this never has to be done by anyone else ever again! This was $120 for both but Transhine really went the extra distance for me. It may seem like a lot of money but, in hindsight, it is worth it. In addition to this, a typical wax job costs $95 and takes about 4 hours to complete. So this is not your "car wash" detail where you are out in 30 minutes. All-in-all, not cheap but worth the price! read more

If you've ever thought about putting a clear bra on your car, this is the place to do it! I had just bought a brand new 2014 Audi Q7 and was super paranoid about driving it around and getting some type of rock debris or something on the road hitting the front end of my car. After researching several places around me, I decided to chose Transhine. From the first email I got from Bill and Jesus, they were professional and patient in answering all of my questions that I had. Even though there are several places closer to me that offer the same service, I felt that the service I would get from Transhine would be worth the drive for me. Upon setting my appointment, I was offered their shuttle vehicle to use for the day (which was greatly appreciated seeing that I worked graveyard the night before and just wanted to go home after dropping my car off in the morning to sleep). When I dropped my car off and finally met the owner Bill, you could tell that he cares for each of his customer by going over everything in detail and being super patient. I'm VERY VERY particulate with regards to my vehicle and I felt assured by Bill and his team that my car was in good hands. Several hours later, I got a phone call from Jesus to pick up my car that it was done. Bill carefully went over in detail what they did and explained to me how to care for my new clear bra (which was the entire hood, fenders, bumpers, lights, and tailgate). A few days later, I was cleaning my car and noticed some small "imperfections" that kinda bothered me. I called Bill and explained to him what i found. While I know that no installation can be "perfect" Bill immediately advised me to bring my car in as soon as possible so that he can see what he can do to "get it right." Needless to say, Bill went above and beyond to make me happy, which he did. I will definitely bring my car back to Bill and his team in 6 months for my annual wax and sealant.
