Transformations Care is an amazing rehabilitation center! The residential house is very clean, air conditioned, has lots of snacks, an incredible chef named Yvette, and a nice backyard with lots of flowers and succulents. It is the perfect setting to learn, relax, recharge and most importantly recover. In addition to the many amenities, the staff is wonderful, caring, and very helpful. The co-founders, Roman and Paul, are super generous and go out of their way to make sure that we get back on our feet properly. One really awesome thing they do is every Friday night we all go to a meeting and fellowship afterwards for dinner at a cool restaurant! The lovely Michelle is in charge of the outpatient program and is super helpful and really cares about our recovery! She taught lots of helpful groups including relapse prevention, health & wellness, Intention setting, conflict resolution, and so much more. She really helped me throughout my recovery and was always super thoughtful and kind. At the residential house, the staff was incredible! Laurent was an amazing counselor and taught me lots of valuable information, while always keeping a smile on his face. Alicia was my case manager and was always super helpful and taught me so many tools and techniques to succeed. Debbie was amazing and always made sure we had a good time during our recovery. She helped me get into Transformations Care and made sure that all my insurance and disability papers were handled properly. Lennon led the best groups and always had awesome stories to share and great advice! Overall, the staff at Transformations Care really wants to see you change for the better and grow. I can not speak highly enough about my experience with TCI. I saw for the first time with striking clarity where my life was headed should I continue to drink the way that I was for well over a decade. Instead of awaiting rock-bottom to come for me, I made the call not knowing what to expect. This ordinary looking suburban house is organized, and thoughtful; and made what I thought was going to be a scary experience, easy and palatable. The whole team here is amazing. I am on texting terms with the staff here if that tells you anything. They genuinely care and check in with me even after I have left. Debbie got me in and made sure my special needs were taken care of, something other rehab facilities weren't willing to do. She is an incredible person who will do anything for the clients there. Her recovery is inspirational. The facility was very clean. The rooms were private and only shared with one other roommate. The food is delicious, thanks Evette. Laurent, Miss Alicia, Anthony, Paul, Michelle and Lenin helped me to see things in a different perspective and helped me process some of the life events I was going through at the time. This place this place is wonderful! I would recommend it to anyone struggling with drug or alcohol addiction. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They offer much love and support no matter what. The group facilitators understand and always go out of their way to also include any client dealing with some type of trauma or PTSD which is paramount in understanding addiction. They also are very versed on physical withdrawal and offer all the support and accommodation they possibly can to help get through this stage. TCI is an amazing place. When I arrived at TCI, I was only a shell of my former self. The staff was very caring and professional at all times. All meals were prepared by a private chef daily. The only thing you have to do is focus on yourself and your recovery. Once you're done with detox you receive very professional one on one counseling as well as groups that will help you understand how to live a life free of Drugs and alcohol. i can not say enough about this place..it saved my life. last month I went to detox at another facility and they put me into precipitated withdrawal and I ended up in the hospital I came here to transformation cares and they were excellent I felt nothing no pain and I did a lot of fentanyl daily this place is beautiful the people are wonderful they really care There's a personal chef there it doesn't get no better this place saved my life when I say this please save my life I mean this play saved my life!!!! read more
