The prices were honestly fantastic, and I felt like I got such a great deal. I took them home, gave them both a good wash, let them air dry overnight - you know the drill, getting them all prepped to wear. That's when things took a surprising turn. Both wigs were supposedly the same brand and model, just different colors. But, lo and behold, after the wash, it became super clear that one of them definitely wasn't human hair at all! It was such a letdown after thinking I'd snagged two amazing units. Naturally, I headed straight back to the store, hoping they could help clear things up. I explained the situation to the guy out front, expecting some sort of solution. Instead, he just told me I'd have to take it up directly with the company, either by calling or emailing them. I was pretty confused and asked again, just to make sure I understood, and he basically repeated that he couldn't do anything to assist me. Honestly, it was a huge disappointment.
