Rhoda and Frankie kick my butt on Tuesdays and I always look forward to belly dancing with Brandy! In my first 3 months I lost 10 pounds just going 2-3 days a week! This membership is much more affordable than others I've tried and they're the only ones I tried where you can take Zumba and mixxedfit classes in an air conditioned studio! I'm not trying to pass out in this Texas heat! I love that you can view and sign up for classes online so I can plan out my week. Now they just need an adult dance team or showcase! I would drive out to the gym..which was a good 20 minute drive from my house without traffic only to get a gym that was in a crappy strip mall that looks like its been there since the 1800's. The inside of the gym was decent at best. It's two floors with the first floor consisting the cardio machines, racketball courts, swimming pool, sauna and locker rooms and the second floor having the weights, the spinning class room and an indoor jogging track. The gym has just about everything you would need, but everything is in mediocre condition at best. If you have no other choice like I did, then I guess this Bally's location will have to do...but if you can find any other option I would recommend it because there are far nicer gyms around.

Their system was down at the time so they told me I had to do it on my phone. I asked the gentleman at the desk for help and he guided me to the 12 month contract Instead of the month by month. so I've been stuck paying for crunch for the last 12 months and more then once ive Called for help and the front desk workers have been less them help and borderline rude each time I've called EXCEPT the last time where a young lady picked up and was very helpful in making sure my plan could NIT BE RENEWED. But now I've been charged 20$ for canceling???? at the end of my 12 month plan I'm so sick of this company so many hidden fees. I will never recommend crunch to anyone I know.

The workouts and the people are absolutely amazing :D ! I really feel like Ron (the manager) and the exceptional coaches here really want to push you to do your best :D ! They really embrace current members and new members :) ! And I really the Orangetheory family environment :D ! I have attended classes by Terrelle, Alyssa and Vicky :) ! I haven't attended classes by Jerry or Kristian. I have to admit that I can never get up early enough for Jerry's early bird morning classes! Haha :D ! But I got to meet him at Orangetheory's Happy Hour social at Chicken N Pickle :D ! I have taken Coach Vicky's classes the most because her classes fit the best with my work schedule :) ! She may be tiny. But she really is like a Tide Pod bursting with tons of energy :D ! She is really amazing and awesome with correcting my form during all of the exercises, and making sure I don't get injured :) ! If she senses that, for instance, certain dumbbells are too heavy, she will advise me to use lighter ones :) ! Overall, it's incredible how, for both the 2G and 3G classes, all of the coaches pay very close attention to all of their participants during their respective classes :) ! The 3G classes are generally larger, with a max of about 36 participants. The 2G classes are smaller, with a max of 24 participants. It's usually best to prebook your classes, whether you are taking a 2G or a 3G, just to make sure you secure a spot ;) ! Otherwise, you might get waitlisted! Some of these classes get really full really fast! I highly recommend this Orangetheory location, whether you want to get into a routine for exercise, or whether you are aiming to achieve certain goals :) ! The Orangetheory staff and family here will make your time completely worthwhile here, and you will meet a lot of amazing people :D !

I can't remember who I spoke with on the phone but they were so kind and told me everything I needed to know to prepare for my first visit. When I arrived today, Madison promptly showed me to the sauna where I would be working out and also showed me where I could stow my belongings during my workout. I did a 30 minute ISO workout in 130 degrees (and sweated buckets!! Haha). I was joined in the sauna with one other lady who is a regular and she was so friendly and told me what to expect. Overall such a welcoming experience with the staff and members. After the workout I met up with Madison again and she did an excellent job showing me around the entire studio and giving me the full rundown of all of the different classes provided and amenities that their facility has to offer. If you have never tried Hotworx and are looking for a place to get in an effective and time efficient workout, I highly recommend giving it a shot! You won't be disappointed. Can't wait to return for my second session tomorrow!
