Kim knows what she's doing, my neck had been giving me heck for 5 weeks; I was so tight, Kim had to use her full body weight on a couple of upper back muscles. Kim answered all my questions, put up with me talking for 90 minutes and managed to loosen my neck-heck. She recommended a couple of exercises and some salve. The word for the day was "Stretching".
