After the job was started, what was thought to be a relative small job ,it turned into something much larger, water leaks and mold was discovered under the shower. A new contract was started and David and his team turned a problem into a solution. It ended up costing us a lots more money and time but we love the completed job. Our only complaint was the time it took to complete the job from November 20 to about January 11th, he had other jobs going as well.

I would give House Dr of Littleton zero stars if I could. They did the absolute least - and the…read moreresults have been appalling! The solar lighting they installed on my garden boxes stopped working in less than six months -- completely useless. The garden boxes the installed are already swelling and I will undoubtedly have to pay a FAR MORE reputable company to undo the MESS that House Dr of Littleton created! They also had to reinstall my outdoor fan, which fell again less than two months after they left, because they apparently thought drilling 3" screws into a plastic outlet box would hold it. This is nothing short of reckless and unprofessional. To make things worse, they tried to bully me into paying an extra $13,000 without any explanation or justification. One of their employees showed up consistently high and, bafflingly, felt confident enough to leave me with weed of his own! The entire experience has been a nightmare of half-assed work, unprofessional behavior, and blatant disrespect. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this sham of a business.
