In one area, it was built so far back from our yard, left a huge gap. They had to put in 8ft boards. Now we have to fill that area with dirt and rock. After one month, a crew came back to fix the issues but there are still gaps, which allow our river rock to fall through on the neighbor's property. It also looks janky (for lack of a better word). We paid $9000, part of cost was for removing posts, but I expected a tidy project. When they came back to fix the issues they used staples instead of screws, so part of the fence has screws and the other has staples. Some boards are splitting, they aren't cut straight, etc... The crew used a warped board. It popped off from screws before the crew left but they didn't change it. When crew came back to fix issues instead of replacing the, obviously, warped board they stapled it back. Shocker, it popped off again. They also built the fence over one of our sprinkler heads and had to fix it. I do not recommend. Also to note, we had to argue the fact that they needed to come back and fix the issues. Finally they reviewed the contract and saw it was meant to flow with the natural grade.
