Once again I needed professional help(many others suggest I need more), but this time it was small repairs and painting the kitchen cabinets. My estimator was Hunter at CertaPro. Hunter worked with me to make the project come within my budget. Yeah, I know, almost all painters can do that. But, the actual laborers make the difference! Ephraim and Christian went above the estimation and contract by fixing minor imperfections and sanding the cabinets prior to painting. Below are just a few of the photos from the worst paint job that we have ever experienced. When we approached our representative David at Certapro about our displeasure of the paint job he sent Michael out to inspect. Michael arrived and proceeded to tell us that other than a few drips that would be fixed, our results are protocol for their company. Both of these guys fully supported the job of their painters and explained "company policy" over and over. So, overstaining a column to cover drippage, ceilings not fully covered with primer nor paint (when I pointed that out I was told that I was wrong), walls NOT even wiped down before painting (which leaves garbage in the painted walls), painting the walls with semi gloss trim paint instead of wall paint, NOT painting any of the quarter molding that we brought and instructed them to paint, and sanding the drips away and leaving it just like that..no touch up paint or anything..that must be company policy?! We had 5 other professionals come to our property and tell us that everything about our paint job was wrong. We are now paying another company to repair a $13,000 paint disaster. read more

The job was a ceiling repair and they took care to cover every inch of the room, including the doorways. They were quiet, fast and efficient.
