Since we are not Argentinian we didn't know what to put there and left the reserving job to our tour guide who is taking us on a half day walking tour tomorrow since he offered to do it for us. Other than that the service was seamless. After you walk through immigration and customs you have to walk through a taxi area where all of the different companies are selling their services. On the left-hand side is the counter for this company. Tell them you have a reservation they pull it up and then you pay. They then point to your driver and you wave and then you walk out of that area kiosk and they take you to the car which is about a block and a half away. The airport is under construction so it's a little jampacked and hard to get out of the baggage claim/customs area when all of the international flights arrive. Also the ride into the city itself can take a very long time. There was a lot of traffic at 8 AM on a Thursday morning. Took about over 45 minutes they claim and was closer to an hour.

For $245 Argentine pesos (approximately $30), my wife and I got: - 2 Manuel Tienda Leon one-way bus transfer to Ezeiza Airport for our evening flight out of Buenos Aires (the buses leave on the half-hour) - A luggage locker where we could store our backpacks and suitcases. Their terminal to AEP airport, and back I also took one of their taxis to my hotel, and I forgot my smartphone in that cab. My friend called them and translated for me, trying to track down the taxi driver. My friend told me it's not common for people to return lost items, and that the driver could make more money selling my phone than in one month of working. And I panicked. But the driver was honest and returned my iPhone. I definitely recommend them.

When we arrived at EZE we found no one waiting with our name and they couldn't find my reservation. They also quoted me a higher price then the one we agreed upon in the reservation. We waited for about 15 minutes for a guy to gather us up and take us to the taxis lined up outside. There were about 5-6 of us. He assigned everyone a car and they went on their happy way. We, on the other hand, were a different story. We put our own bags in the car then got in and closed the door. The guy proceeds to bang on our car window yelling at us that he works for tips. I ended up giving him 5 pesos, for what I don't know. He didn't do that to anyone else. I guess he spotted a couple of gringos and thought he could take advantage of us. Anyways, two stars for getting us to our hotel safely.
