Since we are not Argentinian we didn't know what to put there and left the reserving job to our tour guide who is taking us on a half day walking tour tomorrow since he offered to do it for us. Other than that the service was seamless. After you walk through immigration and customs you have to walk through a taxi area where all of the different companies are selling their services. On the left-hand side is the counter for this company. Tell them you have a reservation they pull it up and then you pay. They then point to your driver and you wave and then you walk out of that area kiosk and they take you to the car which is about a block and a half away. The airport is under construction so it's a little jampacked and hard to get out of the baggage claim/customs area when all of the international flights arrive. Also the ride into the city itself can take a very long time. There was a lot of traffic at 8 AM on a Thursday morning. Took about over 45 minutes they claim and was closer to an hour.

Just like most international airports,…read moreit's far away from the city (35 KM to be exact) and the only public transportation option for you to use is a bus, and it takes forever. Knowing that, and after reading a tip on Yelp I learned that I should get quotes from the folks in the little hall in between the baggage claiming/customs and the exit. Right when you leave there will be about 5 different stalls with people screaming "shuttle, taxi, transportation to the city" in both Spanish and English. It looks super sketchy but it isn't. Those options are "mostly" cheaper than the ones outside on arrivals and very safe. I choose Transfer Express and unfortunately they only take cash (pesos and dollars) payment. I could exchange some of my reais and come back inside, which was great. The quote was quite high. I paid 450 pesos to a trip to Palermo which is 100 pesos more than a regular cab and about 50 pesos more than my friends paid. However my driver was really nice and friendly, he helped me call the hotel where I was staying and waited with me downstairs until they opened the door. The company also provides transportation services to/from Aeroparque (the other airport that is closer to the city, and other cities in Argentina. You can choose from a range of car models and services, and I bet you can also request a bilingual driver. The fifth star will come when they decide to take cards.

Right after making the…read morepayment (USD 45.00) for the transfer from the airport to the city and having to deal with a 30-minute wait -standing by their booth- to have a driver assigned, a rude person a.k.a. the driver (probably having a very bad day) was telling me where to go for the car. As I declined services from the bad mannered-yelling driver and requested to speak to a manager to express my impression about the service, the manager offered an apology but refused to take any action as he said he did not even know the employee's name (but he knew he was having a bad day as "that driver does not normally behave like that"). I provided them with all the flight details (flight number, estimated arrival, destination, etc.) Our flight was delayed out of Dallas,TX. We arrived to BA around 12pm. After landing and connecting to internet, we received a message from the driver which was from over an hour earlier. I was unable to connect with anyone from the company after 4 phone calls and 5 messages. We found alternate transportation. This month there is a charge on 4/24/17 for $57.00. After attempting to reach them, they informed me I was charged for the driver being sent without no pick. Apparently the driver/company didn't check the arrivals times. In addition, they charged far more than what we paid, which was $35. I highly recommend using another company. I would label this situation as fraud/theft. *avoid*

To make a long story short, I told them that the trip was cancelled days before I arrived in BA. Today, 17 days later, I was charged to my amex for the services they never rendered. Reading the previous comment from Mary K, I only can think that, time to time, they scam people. Spend a couple of hours on whatsapp trying to get the charge refunded. They never answer the phone. I live part time in BA and know the rules and how I could report them to the IRS, AFIP and the better business bureau.... so, that been said, they prompt agreed to return my money.
