My boss reported that the drivers were all professional, knew the area well and insisted on loading and unloading his luggage for him. He told me the cars were detailed, clean and they arrived on time. He is picky and had no issues to report. We chose not because this was meant to be a day trip and another stamp on the passport. 100% recommend if you have the time - I need to add some Uruguay locations to Yelp because it is so gorgeous there!!! It is totally giving coastal European summer vibes. NOTE: Get to the station early even if you already have tix!!! It was packed and not only do you have to get through security, but customs for interviews too. This took wayyyyyy longer than expected, so I'm glad we arrived with time to do all of this and get coffee - tho it was still a photo finish to board the ferry. The big boat was crowded but there were plenty of seats, or you can go outside with the TikTokers. There's a duty-free shop which was super crowded the entire time. Locals were stocking up on chocolates and liquor. No coffee or food service. A day trip was perfect to walk the cobblestone streets, shop, eat, and lounge on a patio for drinks while a band plays, sailboats drift by, and the town dogs sit at your feet waiting patiently for a pet or some of your food. Heading back was less crowded or stressful. Still lots of lines but the only rush was to return to the AirBnb and change for dinner. All in all, worth the cost which I think was less than $100USD pp.

For $245 Argentine pesos (approximately $30), my wife and I got: - 2 Manuel Tienda Leon one-way bus transfer to Ezeiza Airport for our evening flight out of Buenos Aires (the buses leave on the half-hour) - A luggage locker where we could store our backpacks and suitcases. Their original itinerary had us ascending to 4,300 meters at the Tatio Geysers after only 30 hours of acclimation, far below the recommended minimum of 48 hours. When we missed a flight and informed them well in advance, they failed to warn us that our acclimation time would now be reduced even further--to just 18 hours. As a direct result, both my partner and I suffered severe altitude sickness, including crippling headaches, nausea, shortness of breath, and concussion-like symptoms that lasted for five days--at times leaving us unable to read or even stand properly. When we raised our concerns, the company blamed us instead of taking responsibility for their poor planning. They refused to issue any refund, despite their negligence directly putting our health at risk. Beyond this, the company displayed gross incompetence throughout the trip, including: --Failing to provide bilingual drivers, despite us paying for them. --Double-booking our hotels, leaving us stranded. --A so-called 24-hour emergency line that went unanswered--and when someone did pick up, they were unable to communicate in English as advertised. (See attached photos.) This company is reckless, unprofessional, and unsafe. They care more about taking your money than delivering a competent, let alone safe, experience. Avoid them at all costs.

We'd love to help you plan your Argentina trip!". Except for the one thing I was asking for! Ludmila upsold us to a PRIVATE Estancia day tour at a significantly higher price and day of, surprise! We were on the regular group tour, not the private tour we paid for. We asked to be refunded the difference between the premium we paid and the cost of the regular group tour that was delivered and Say Hueque went silent. Dishonest. If you want to be avoid being frustrated and ripped off on your vacation, avoid Say Hueque.
