Since as early as I can remember (3 years old though 15 years old), I was a victim of repeated…read morechild abuse. Because of this abuse, by the time I reached 15, I grew to hate any male that was older than me, each one seen as a threat. I went from religion to religion seeking some kind of light in the dark world that I was in however I never found it. When my son was born, I had the overwhelming fear that what happened to me, I would do to my son, so I sought out professional help. The head shrinks gave me some understanding and helped me just enough that my health insurance would allow, but the rage and hatred was still there. One could say that the rage that was in me was a very very strong demon. By the time I reached my 30s I have been through 7 religions and 3 head shrinks, yet I still had my demon, so to speak. One day a co-worker was telling me about a class that his wife went through and how impressed he was. It got me intrigued enough to do some research then I called. I talked to Natalie for about 30 minutes or so, I must have driven her nuts with all of my questions. Never the less, I signed up for my first class shortly there after. It has been 3 years since that first class, I must say beyond a shadow of a doubt, Pranic Healing has changed my life so much and so fast. Rage, stress, anger, worry, all words that mean so little to me now. The rage and hatred are just about gone. I still have more work to do for myself but Pranic Healing has done so much for my life in 3 years where religion and head shrinks could not do in 38 years. It took time and work on my part but it was all very worth it. I would recommend Pranic Healing to anyone. Thank you Natalie and Mike and Thank you Pranic Healing!!!! M.M.

I learned more than I thought possible in both theory and on hands instruction. Natalie and Michael were actual pupils of Master Choa Kok Sui and are true to the original teachings. Nothing was watered down. I really enjoyed the classes and was happy that I was able to get credit for my holistic nursing certification. I am looking forward to possibly taking the pranic psychotherapy course in the future.

I must have walked by this studio 30 times before I actually went and signed up for a class. I…read morecouldn't get over how large this place is. I have yet to run into a yoga studio in south Jersey that has this much space. The place is stunning...I know because it stunned me. The lobby is warm, welcoming, calm and inviting. There is a lot of seating and a living room area with water/tea/magazines/etc. There are men's and ladies locker rooms in the back with showers and everything you will need to 'reset' after your practice. Lots of studios offer mat storage, here you can hang them completely open and let them dry off. Seriously, this studio is huge. The hot room itself is again...huge, it is new, modern, fresh, beautiful. My first visit here, I couldn't get over how lovely this place is. The classes I have taken have been with Suzanne, she is the owner and is very sweet and welcoming. This studio specializes in Hatha yoga featuring Ghosh lineage. Suzanne took the time to tell me that this is Tony Sanchez yoga not Bikram Choudhury yoga. There are several classes offered, the core 26, the core 30 and the master core 40. I have only taken the core 26 because that is the most frequently offered class and all I could make work around my work schedule. So here is my humble opinion about the yoga. This to me looks like Bikram, call it whatever you like....it still looks like Bikram. The room is not as hot or as humid and the grips are different in some of the poses. Everything else..... Bikram. If you are a practicing Bikram yogi, you will find that you are doing the grips incorrectly here. Such a minor detail, but worth mentioning. This studio is new, the owner told me she has only been around for a few months at this point. I hope she gets more students and is able to keep this lovely space open. I have only taken a few classes here and have found some of the other students to be very discourteous to both the instructor as well as the other practitioners in the room. Enter the studio with the intent to practice, bring what you need with you - mat, towel, whatever. I have never seen so many people go in and out of a room during a practice in my life. Stepping out for a towel, then out for water, out for a potty break, out for more water, out because it is too hot, out for whatever other stupid reason. This is a 90 minute class, get your act together and stay in the room. All of this commotion and exiting changes the temperature in an already not that hot room. It is distracting and simply rude to the person leading the class. There is an etiquette in yoga, some ... not all ... of the people that practice here do not seem to care about that. Overall, this is a nice studio and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a hot practice but is intimidated by 105 degrees and 40% humidity of traditional Bikram.

You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in and the room is huge - a great space and probably one of the biggest if not the biggest in the area. I love HOT yoga, used to doing Bikram in 100+ degrees but like that she keeps the temperature a little lower, around 95 degrees. Might not seem much of a difference but it is. I also love the Vinyasa classes they just started with Justin. If you're not into hot yoga, they offer Yin classes. They have decent size changing rooms and showers which is a plus. If you are an avid yogi or brand new to yoga, I highly recommend checking out Bluedeer!

As someone who's gone to this gym from time to time, there are a few pros & cons that I will list…read moreout in detail to help you better understand as to whether or not this gym is for you! Pros: The gym has a LARGE amount of amenities. There are two basketball courts (which are also used for pickleball), an indoor lap pool with hot tubs, an outdoor swimming area with slides (at an extra charge). There are classes, a ton of different machines for both cardio and lifting, and a really clean and upscale atmosphere. People tend to mind their own business and the staff have on average been helpful, at least in my experience. There is also a kids "daycare" if that's what you call it. A lot of parents will use this so they can have time to work out and actually work. There's a little area right next to the cafe that has tables and outlets. I see a lot of people with MacBooks doing work. They probably work remotely. Who knows. Cons: The price point for this gym is definitely the highest of them all coming in at $220.00 a month per person. IF you are married or you can prove cohabitation, you can add an additional person on your account for around $100 a month. This gym definitely has a crowd that is very gymcentric. This isn't a bad thing. But some people who are looking for a more chill or less intimidating atmosphere may think twice. I was one of these people until I decided to just not care. But that's easier said than done. The gym can be exceptionally crowded at peak hours. So if you plan on going daily I'd do my very best to avoid late afternoons on weekdays and nights on weekends. I was hoping the bathroom situation would be a little better but, there seems to be 2 bathrooms for ladies and men of course (from what I've seen). And with the amount of people there sometimes, it can be a little bit hectic. The locker room is fine and the showers are just average. At the price point of $220.00 I was expecting some futuristic pod shower than also does your taxes but, we all can't have what we want. The outside swimming area is an additional monthly charge, by the way. Conclusion: So take it or leave it. The price point is HIGH, but there are a lot more amenities and options for machines than any other gym out there. Is that justified? I don't really know. So three stars. Until they have a robot that does my taxes, then it might go to 4.

Honestly, it seemed insanely crowded with the usual suspect machine hogs and the perma-tanned preening that you can enjoy for free on South Beach.
