I understand there was some issues with rain but I would check the ground and it was not muddy so they could drive on the land and survey it. Joe the owner also told me his wife had back problems and he had to cook ,clean, take care of her and run the the surveying business so he didn't have time to get out to the land to do the work. Once they finally did survey the land the title company found mistakes and had to call them 3 times to get them to correct them. They will keep putting you off until they get ready to do the job. Do yourself a favor and don't go through the stress and frustration that I went through. Find yourself another surveyor.

One time they gave the excuse of their internet being down for a week. Really? It's 2016, go down to a Starbucks. After a month had passed, I gave them a call. I figured, I'm good with people, maybe I could convince them how important it is. I talked to a man who told me the physical part of the survey had been done, all that was left was the paperwork. He gave me a date when it would be in the title company's office. It was a good conversation. The day after it was promised, I called for an update. A "lady" answered. By the end of the phone call I was wondering if she was having a bad day or if she's really that nasty all the time. She said they deliver surveys a couple days before closing all the time so she doesn't know what my problem was. I was very pleasant with her up until she said that and hung up on me. The title company contacted her a few days later. She is apparently nasty on other days as well. Once she heard who was calling (a true professional who is a sweetheart, by the way) she went off and ended up hanging up again. Today, with closing looming, Eagle is here! The survey is almost done and I was assured they would put a rush on it because they understand how stressful selling a house can be and how many things can hold it up. He was not going to be one of those things. I so wish we had called them first, or basically any company besides Buffalo Creek. Oh, there were no recent markings of a survey so add bold face lies to how this company operates
