A couple things I appreciate - the questionnaire is thorough and useful before your massage (like they ask if you want silence, a little talking, or love to chat). The massage room was beautiful with dimmable lights . The entryway to the business was gorgeous. There was also complimentary water and candies. You can opt to add a steam for $30 and shower there as well. My hour massage was a full hour (maybe even a few extra minutes) - I hate being shorted on a massage. They offer direct billing (even though my insurance is a jerk and won't). There is a receptionist to greet you and wisely asked if I would like to use the washroom while waiting. Now on to LetLet - she is GOOD at deep tissue! And she did an amazing scalp treatment for my headache! I cannot wait to go back and see LetLet again!

The location is really convenient - right downtown St. Albert. It's in the professional building (think - Cajun House) on the second floor. There is two hour parking in the front lot, or lots of street parking available as well. The rooms where the massage takes place are very strange me to. They are nice and big which is nice - I hate feeling cramped. But they are very bright. The blinds stay open, which lets in a lot of natural light (don't worry, the windows are dark so nobody outside can see in), but it leaves it much too bright and I felt a little exposed. The massage was very good though. She asked the right questions and checked in on me throughout to make sure the pressure was not too much. Prices are reasonable and the staff are all very friendly. The online booking tool is incredibly easy to use and very convenient.
