I walked in with a too-heavy, growing-out straight basic haircut (I've been growing it out from a pixie since March 2020), and walked out with a stylish and sassy bob that didn't sacrifice much length AND gave my hair movement again. What I was correct about was the owner! She called me and cancelled my appointment and told me to find another salon because of my yelp review!!! A good business person would have handled it quite differently. Owners are usually friendly to all customers and she would ONLY say hello if we made eye contact which was rare. To sit in a salon for 3 hours a few feet from the owner without so much as a how are you is amazing.
