It's been about five times now that I've called in/gone in/used the app to refill a prescription and when I've gone to the pharmacy two hours later to pick up, the refill order was never placed. 2. I needed to have a prescription refilled early and because it's a controlled substance, I called in to get clarification on what the pharmacist needed in order to get the refill and he was extremely rude and hung up on me. 3. With the exception of Lorraine, who is an angel, the rest of the staff comes off as utterly incompetent or exceptionally rude. They techs and pharmacists clearly need to be reminded that they are an essential component of people accessing healthcare and that medication, for most people, is critical to their well-being. There's no excuse to be so dismissive and rude to people.
