The above was me and literally terrified of any dentist. I didn't want to foot one, even though it was needed. Dr Telles is patient centric & giving care is his utmost priority; he left his family dinner and told me to be at his office within 30 mins. My son crashed on his bike, knocking out his front teeth and dislodging others, within hours they were back in place, and we had a path forward to keeping them. We contacted his office after hours and they responded in minutes. Within 30 mins he had his amazing team there and were doing surgery within the hour. I cannot write the amount of gratitude that I have for him and his staff, he has a customer for life. He even followed up the next afternoon to see how my son was doing if he needed anything. I called other Oral surgeons, and they couldn't be bothered or sent me down dead-end paths to fix this issue. Dr Telles immediately had a plan and fully executed that plan. This may seem corny but if you ever watched Pulp Fiction, and when Vincent Vega found out that Marcellus was sending the "Wolf", everyone was immediately as ease; this is the first thing that came to me after talking to him while sitting in the ER waiting to see if previous Dr's recommendations would pan out. I made an appointment here because they got on the schedule for next day! Out of pocket for teeth cleaning is $70. If you want xrays, its an additional 30. I opted not to get them because I didn't think I would need them. Dr. Park was my hygienist/Dentist. I've never had a dentist do the plaque removal and polishing before. This was the fastest cleaning I've ever had in my life. It was literally 15 minutes. lots of buffering and spitting. Tbh, it wasn't very enjoyable. I know most dentist appointments aren't. But everything hurt. Apparently, I have 4 cavities and a bunch of surface abrasions. I was quoted for restorative procedure but I'm also getting a second opinion. if you're without insurance and want a cheap and fast cleaning.. this is the spot.

I initially started off with Dr. Wallace for a few years but then started seeing Dr. Han on a regular basis (I have a Diet Coke addiction and grind my teeth--yikes!) so I regularly had to come in to get my cavities filled or crowns. Honestly, everyone here is beyond AWESOME and they're the absolute best! Extremely professional and knowledgeable, with zero judgement whatsoever. And believe me, I was quite the yapper! And bleeder. They're so accommodating, never kept me waiting and always made sure I had enough Novocain (my body metabolizes the stuff much faster than most so it's annoying that I had to get extra doses during the procedures) which ended up being a bloody mess but it didn't matter-- Dr Han is the absolute master at his craft! Oh and Maggie!!! Maggie is an absolute gangster, I miss her so much! Shes so sweet yet super gentle with her cleanings and when she assists Dr Han? Omg it's game changing, i can't recommend this pair more, they're WONDERFUL. I love the front desk ladies too! Super efficient and easy to work with. Ahhh, LISA!!! Miss your pretty face! I usually stick with the same Hygienist for this, as I am a creature of habit. Second, my actual Dentist always takes a look after my cleaning is done so that he can let me know if there is anything that popped up while I am there that might need attention. This is good. Now... my last two cleaning sessions literally broke my heart. The ladies at the desk have ALWAYS been very kind to me, but on these last two occasions, it was as if... I don't know... something PERSONAL was happening with me. First, she all but snapped at me when I walked up to the desk, and then DEMANDED that I "pay first"... like they used to do to Denny's patrons back in the day (which REALLY made me uncomfortable) so, according to her, "...we can all get OUT of there and go home!". Then, my usual Hygienist was not available, and I wish they had told me this beforehand, and some other... person... did the cleaning, to the point that I can honestly say that she was DEFINITELY UNHAPPY with me!! I didn't know that a simple cleaning can HURT so badly!!! At any rate, I don't know what it was that I did wrong, or who I made angry enough to deserve this treatment, but I can take a hint. No more PAIN, please. I am sorry for whatever it was that I did wrong. I have never been treated like this, not even in the U.S. ARMY. :-(
