It's been awhile since we've dined in one, so we figured we try it again. Their pizza is fairly well prepared. The crust is crispy and thin. However, the sauce seems to be a bit blend, like lacking some seasoning or spices. Toppings are good, and they do offer a variety of special pizzas. Staff was friendly and helpful. The dining experience seems lacking a bit, although it's no fault of the management nor the staff. It just seems like dining in a crowded diner, than a top notch pizza place.

I immediately called the restaurant to inform them, but the person on the phone was very rude. They asked me to send a picture of the wrong pizza and kept me on hold for almost 10 minutes. When I went back to pick up the correct order, the staff behaved extremely rudely. I even told them that my kids had already touched the wrong pizza, but they said, "Give those pizza slices back, then I'll make your pizza," and still didn't apologize. They showed no concern and told me, "If you want to complain, do it anywhere you want -- I don't care what the customer says." This was a very disappointing experience. Usually, I don't leave bad reviews, but their service and attitude were terrible. Please make sure to check the orders properly before giving them to customers.
