They did however take my full year knowing that they were defaulting on their rent but did not even bother to communicate to their clients and continued to sell memberships. They took my money and in turn right now I am being passed from person to person and Pawel and John who are the owners of the Mississauga, don't even have the respect to return a person's call or respond to emails. I will do everything I can to ensure that every person in Toronto is aware of what these thieves do. Stay away from these people, I know I will!

Upon walking in, Kyle was one trainer in particular who gave me a tour of the gym facilities. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. After the tour, Kyle came up to ask about the workout that I was doing and helped critique my form and as well as give me other exercises to help improve performance. He went out of his way to teach me about nutrition as well. All in all, this Goodlife Fitness has excellent trained staff, facility is clean and well-maintained, and definitely worth trying out!

I joined this gym franchise about a month ago and have been going to this studio specifically the…read moremost. Overall it's a great concept. There are different routines each time you go with a different theme such as strength or endurance. You spend a certain amount of time on the rower, treadmill and doing floor exercises. So there's a great variety and all the coaches are really experienced (they're almost too by the script sometimes). The music is always high energy and the Orangetheory screen which shows your heart rate/calories burnt/splat points is really handy to keep you motivated (provided you have one of their heart rate monitors). This particular studio does get a bit crammed when the class is more than half full (12+ people, which is often) as there isn't a lot of room in the waiting area. But it's not an issue when you're working out. It does get fairly busy as there's only one studio in the city. So you should book your spot in advance through their app at least a day earlier. Parking is generally easy to find although workday evenings you might have to park a bit further away. Everyone is friendly and the exercises are easy to tailor to your abilities. I'd recommend this gym and location.

I was told biweekly charge for 2 months on an account that was unfrozen without notification was to be expected from the fine print document I had signed when I initially signed up for the memership. No one person was able to follow up on the concern or acknowledge the fact that I did not use the service or get notified that I would be charge. I mentioned that per the customer protect act, unambiguity on part of a company is illegal. This did not change their decision. On looking up this company on google, their own employees had a legal battle against them for wages. Their arrogance with customers should not be suprising.

(Vodden Street, Brampton) Unfortunately, the atmosphere here often feels anything but welcoming. One of the biggest issues is the behaviour of certain members--particularly older men--who frequently congregate around machines for long periods, chat loudly, and effectively hog equipment. (Like they own the place - Big bullies) It makes it difficult to complete a workout, and I've noticed many others feel the same way. This kind of behaviour goes unchecked far too often, and it creates an uncomfortable environment for people who are actually trying to workout. What's particularly disappointing is how little staff intervene. Time and again, staff seem hesitant or reluctant to approach groups that are clearly occupying machines without working out, instead leaving the area uncontrolled. For a gym that advertises a "Judgement Free Zone," it doesn't feel very respectful or managed in practice here. There are also facility issues that need attention: The women's washroom needs better maintenance--the faucets don't always run properly and require long waits for water, and the shower fixtures seem dated and spray water everywhere rather than offering a usable shower. The overall cleanliness and upkeep in the washrooms and showers could be much better. While this location is affordable and members may find value in it, the combination of disrespectful member behaviour, a lack of effective staff enforcement, and facility maintenance problems makes it hard to recommend if your goal is to have a positive, productive workout environment.

Turns out 1) they don't accept 14 day trial 2) They give you 7 day trial - 20 $ plus tax ( LOL- which they will return to you if you take a membership= in a way you are cornered into taking a membership) 3) They offer only one year membership - i asked if i could pay more and get a month to month since I tend to move my cities often for work. Not possible. With such restrictions, I think I am better off at goodlife or LA fitness. i dont mind paying for my gym but I do find not being given a choice more annoying and incredibly stupid.

There are ample parking spots but is usually hard to find due to the location being close to the mall and restaurants. The practice room is spacious, soothing and dark fitting a relaxed ambiance instantly putting you at ease.

Parking - there are lots of parking but may not be exactly in front of the building. Instructor - the instructor i had was really good! Studio - they only have one studio, got hardwood floor, nice heating panels hanging on top... Changeroom - no lockers .... it's clean...but maybe more benches would be great, or move them away from the shelf, so people changing at the bench won't block people from getting their bags out of the shelf.
