Unlike…read moreother schools, this one does one on one drivers training without the pressure and uncomfortable setting of other students riding in the car waiting for a turn. They'll even pick you up from your house! The instructors are caring and knowledgable, and genuinly are concerned and determined to make their students the best drivers on the road! I would highly recommend Cruizn 2 over Masters or AAA in Findlay!

Ron Kato is a truly excellent driving instructor! He is patient, professional, and just brings a…read moregreat attitude to the job. I really enjoyed my lessons with him, and could not believe how quickly I developed confidence as a driver (I am 36 and had never driven before- either in the US or overseas, so I was starting from scratch). In just over a month, I felt prepared to take the road test. I actually began my lessons with another driving school, but left that school as the instructor was inattentive and unprofessional (talking/texting on his phone for most of the lesson, scheduling lessons with other students in the middle of my lesson). The behavior of the previous instructor made me extremely tense and apprehensive about what is a pretty daunting endeavor. On the other hand, when I began lessons with Ron I started to enjoy the process...which is how it should be! I also felt that he actually enjoyed teaching, which made me look forward to my lessons and made it easier to forget whatever stress I had before getting into the car with him. I also found it really convenient that Ron offers 1-hour lessons (most schools only offer 2)...that way I could take shorter lessons more frequently, and I think this was critical for me in terms of becoming more comfortable with the whole process (two hours seems like it will expedite the process but, when you are a beginner, the process is a bit overwhelming (you on edge the entire lesson, which takes a toll on the nerves) and, personally, I just wasn't able to cope with two 2-hour lessons a week. In my opinion, the shorter lessons spaced closer together were key to my success. I would highly recommend Ron if you want to not only become a great driver, but also enjoy the process.

I can see why the reviews are so negative and highly recommend going with another company. The…read morepositive is they are flexible on the scheduling and Robin the drive instructor is amazing. That aside, the organization is not. My daughter took all 6 classes at the Perrysburg location and completed her test. She went on to schedule her drive times. After completing those and being told the certificate was going to be mailed tomorrow, we get a call a week later saying they have no record of her completing class 2. I have now called in 4 times with no answers and we will most likely have to cancel and reschedule her drive test putting her back on getting her license. The people on the phone are very condesending and rude. Getting someone to actually call you back or answer the phone is another story as well. Follow all the reviews you find online and go elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.

After checking with this company and another local driver's ed company about online courses and…read moredrive times we decided to go with this one. My other 2 kids went to the other one and we had some issues receiving their certificates but everything else was good, apparently there were major personnel changes underway and things were held up as far as certificates. My youngest son is always busy with school activities from sports to drama to academics so we knew we needed online classes. We were told the drive times were scheduling 6-7 weeks out which while that seems long the other company was even longer so we went with Masters. The online classroom is billed separately from the driving school and costs about $100 extra but there was absolutely no time to sit in a classroom and we needed to get this taken care of. Well a month after paying the Masters fee which totaled $390 I still had not heard from them so I called back. We are now being told that they don't have drive times until the middle of July which is 19 weeks from when I was initially told 6-7. BIG DIFFERENCE! Had I known that I would have gone with the other company which was also about $100 cheaper. Now we will be left trying to figure out transportation again and are out almost $500 currently when this should have already been taken care of. By the way, in the state of Ohio all portions of driver's ed must be completed within 6 months or you have to pay again and take all portions again. This is pushing 5 months barring any issues. Wonder how many have had to retake and repay because of the company not being on time?

I just wanted to leave a great review for James because he has made me feel the most comfortable and confident in my driving!! He did not yell or get upset; he would tell me what I did and how to fix it, all nice and calm. The other driving instructors I had weren't the best; in my last class, there was a lady who seemed to find anything possible to tell me I couldn't drive. Her name is Jeannine Santoro, she said my shoes were not allowed, which I could see, but I had many other options, and she said no and seemed very smug about the fact that I couldn't drive and had to go home.

Overall, I think my kid got the driver's education he needed... when we began his lessons we lived…read moreclear out in Napoleon, and this was the only local place available to us. I'm writing this review because one of my son's driving instructors about gave him an anxiety attack because she was coughing during his entire driving session (during a huge spike in the COVID pandemic). I don't understand why this company would allow a sick instructor to work - in an enclosed car, for two hours at a time, during a pandemic. My son even sent me a text message before he got dropped off at home telling me that he thought maybe he should isolate himself from the family. To make matters worse, the company sent the same woman back later in the week for his final driving session. When his last session was over, she needed $6 from him for a document fee and he didn't have exact change, so instead of waiting for him to come in and get the money from me, she drove off and told him to just mail it. To where, we didn't know... or even why we needed to send it... so I called the main office to get the information, and the two people I spoke with there sounded exasperated to have to answer my questions. In short, everyone I dealt with that week was rude. Fast forward a week, my son - who is currently in online school and rarely ever leaves the house - has a fever, a sore throat, congestion, and a cough. Now the rest of the family is sick too, and we are all sitting here in isolation because we had to be COVID tested. Still waiting on the results. So... while I'm not saying that the driving instructor gave us COVID, I *am* saying that I would expect this company to run their business with more safety and integrity, especially right now. So I'm giving three stars to this company because my son seems to know how to drive now, which was the overall objective, but if I were to base my review on customer service and safety alone, they'd be lucky to get even one.
