With his guidance and support I have been able to do more physically now than I could in the months before restarting again. The gym itself is unique: Mr. Pickles the security guard, The resident Kitties Lestat, Luis, and Nugget along with some fur gym regulars ( see photos!). This is the only gym I've been able to enjoy a good pump, great music selection, and fur friends that cheer you on in their adorable ways! Inquire with Noel if your fur baby can join your session! I live close by so I don't spend a ton of time in the locker room, but have used the sauna and showers before with no issues. Some of the treadmills have been broken awhile, but they have a ton. I spend a majority of my time on the free weights floor. Overall, for around $25 bucks a month with a year long membership I can't complain much. The staff is friendly, the vibes are solid, there's group classes, bikes, basketball court. I get in, get my workout done, get out.

I would be so grateful if that rule could be enforced again-- it's been a major issue lately, and I am leaving a brief visit with hives and a migraine... again. We all pay for the same membership and access. Enjoying one's sauna time doesn't require the use of pungent oils, but as soon as you start using them, people like me are unable to safely enjoy ours. To my fellow gym members, please be considerate of your peers, and to the 24 Hour staff/management, please make some effort to ensure that all members are able to use the space safely! Since I can't answer back, hopefully the management will see the edit: the canned response isn't helpful, nor do I intend to reach out via your website. I just want to hear that you're actually going to enforce the policy that will make the facility safe and accessible to all your members!

I went online and signed up for the 7 days free promotion. I went in on a Saturday and was greeted by one of the owners, Mark. He was really friendly and upbeat, he even extended my free membership after hearing that the other gym closed. This gym is really clean and seems open/airy. There's no bad smell you sometimes get with gyms (I used to work at one!). Mark gave me a quick tour around. The first thing I noticed is how clean the place is. There's a good variety of machines and weights you can use. They also have a work out room with various exercise equipment and work out videos available. The front area has some lockers where you can store your belongings. I noticed they provide towels and machine wipes too. The other people there seemed friendly and focused on their work outs. The membership is affordable and it's 24 hours, I recommend you give this gym a try! Con: probably the only con I can see right now is because it's a small gym, they only have three single person bathrooms, only two have showers, so if it's busy you may have to wait.

He's fully present during every session and never distracted--his attention is always on me, my form, and my progress. Each workout builds on the last and is adjusted based on how I'm progressing and how my body is feeling. He challenges me in a smart, safe way and always has alternatives ready when needed. It's clear he's extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about my long-term success. He pays attention to what both of us need individually instead of forcing us to do the same thing or go at the same pace. The space is clean, comfortable, and not intimidating. It feels like you can just show up as you are. I can also change the lights or the music to customize the space. It's a little far for us but definitely worth the drive. Free parking on site too. Overall, training together has been fun for us as a couple, and we leave feeling challenged in a good way instead of wiped out or discouraged. Highly recommend checking this place out if you want a supportive studio without the ego vibe.

I have had a great time with all the instructors at Fulcrum. They hit the sweet spot between encouraging and over the top cheerleading. They all know their stuff and give good corrections. The workouts are varied in format, music, and focus so I didn't get bored. I had a serious injury and they modified exercises for me while I progressed back to full weight bearing and impact. The instructors I regularly look for are Jai, Freddy, Cheryl, and Dakayla. I loved Rodney but he moved. Space: The gym looks like a gym, not a health spa. I like this. It is clean and well maintained. There is an outdoor platform and a garage door which has been great for COVID necessary ventilation. COVID: They took it seriously [sanitation, masking, ventilation] and even let me know when I may have been exposed [pre-vaccine era]. Payment: I had a few hiccups with injuries and life changes and they were gracious about suspending my membership until I could return. Women: There are tons of badass women who work out here. Classes are dominated by women. Cons: I cannot really think of any. For first time boot camp/weight lifters, I would recommend doing their health assessment/intro interview. They will show you some moves there. Don't be intimidated by the acronyms or moves - everyone can do them and pros will give you good individual attention if you need it.

The first room is an open room with mirrors, weights and bikes. Second room is a boxing ring and leads to more boxing stuff I guess and a cold plunge. The owner spent a great deal of time talking about the cold plunge and how, afterwards "you'll feel like you did coke." Um...ok....not sure that's the selling point you think it is. There is one more room that is for classes and has lots of padding. I'm guessing for martial arts. The membership is $169 a month, at least that's what I was told by the owner.
