Having been laid up caused my back to weaken which has always suffered from a high school injury. Chiropractors helped, but the real gains were in core strengthening and mobility work with Vincent Parks. Vince coupled his personal training skills with his keen awareness of how energy flows, and it worked. As a follow up to this experience, I returned to see Vince again after a car accident and shoulder injury in 2014. My experience was the same. Keep in mind, I went to physical therapy on the insurance for 9 months. It wasn't nearly as useful. Vince takes the approach of a team mate.
