We had always been happy with the service, in large part because the dental hygienists had been very good. We had not had much interaction with the dentists themselves until recently. Unfortunately, these interactions have involved a surprising uptick in the number of recommendations for medical treatments and referrals to their colleagues, across the board, with very limited rationale or justification in each case. I've never written a Yelp review before, but the change in our experience has prompted me to want to give others a heads up about this negative change in our experience.

Talk about modern dentistry! Digital Xrays, flexible hours, a clean, modern, relaxing office space…read more Dr Samson was great. As a first time patient, a 3am toothache had me calling around for some emergency dental TLC. The '24 hour emergency dentists' in my area still have not called me back three hours later AFTER i am home from seeing Dr. Samson. I called for my appointment and they told me to come right in. Come right in it was, as I walked in, they took my name and the lovely Susan took me immediately into a treatment room. She reviewed what my symptoms were, some basic medical history, and then we were taking digital xrays! So neat! No waiting, retake as many as you need, blow them up for more detail. 21st century medicine indeed! With the problem identified as a large cavity she reviewed my options noting that a root canal may be in order. The Doctor came in and introduced himself, talked with me a bit about the situation, looked over the information Susan had gathered and numbed me up. No excessive poking and prodding was done. It was pretty much just cleaning things out, putting some medication on the tooth, and a temporary filling to get me through to either the root canal or an extraction. No pressure either way. The Doctor was pleasant and professional through my visit,. as was Susan and all the staff. As I checked out, the woman behind the counter reviewed payment options, including an in house payment plan where they bill my credit card monthly in installments. Again, how flexible! I made my next appointment and headed off to decide does it stay or does it go, but either way I will be coming here for all my dental care moving forward.

Moved to Moorestown last year to be near family and needed to find a new dentist. After asking for…read morereferrals from family and friends, I chose Dr. John Tiffany following hearing multiple recommendations. I needed an annual cleaning, surface composite bonding resin removal and replacement from previous procedure that was done 7 years ago, and finally, a crown for one of my lower molars that had cracked. The entire evolution required three visits; First visit involved the initial consult and teeth cleaning during which options and procedures were discussed; second visit, a few days later, was scheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes during which my cracked lower molar was prepared for the permanent crown, a temporary crown was placed, and my composite surface resin was removed and replaced. The third and final visit lasted only 15 minutes during which the permanent porcelain crown was cemented on in place of the temporary. The surface resin result is outstanding. Dr. Tiffany used a bit of artistry in blending the edges of the bonding material so the front teeth look flawless and natural. This was a big improvement over the previous job completed years earlier by a less skilled dentist. The permanent crown fits superbly and looks great. No more gray metallic filling showing when I smile. The office is friendly, competent, clean and easily accessible in the old town area of Moorestown. Dr. Tiffany's practice has safe COVID-19 protocols in place including a professional grade air filtering system in the exam room. The team ensures you are comfortable, informed, and treated professionally throughout the visit.
