I was just seen by the dental hygienist, Joy and she made what could have been a very painful experience (full sets of x-rays and a cleaning years overdo) as pleasant as possible. After that visit, I had to get old fillings removed and Dr. Drucker was wonderful. I appreciate how concerned everyone is with making sure you are comfortable, checking in on you at short intervals, providing music, etc. and most importantly, giving you great care. I would highly recommend this office.

This a saying a lot since I rarely write about an experience unless it is really bad. Since I am soooo pleased I wanted to send a shout to the world. Dr. Isaacs took the time and care to work on a delicate situation. I had severe bone loss in the front of my mouth. In fact I was told by a well known dentist in the area that it was his professional opinion that an implant was not possible and that he also recommended additional teeth be pulled since the decay appears to be spreading. Dr. Isaacs did his own analysis and worked to cultivate the bone. Over time, he was able to generate enough bone to support an implant. He took the time to ensure that there was enough bone and that the implant would stick. I was fearful that I would have massive discoloration, crooked teeth, etc. Dr. Isaac has restored my smile. I am officially done treatment and my smile looks fabulous. For those in need of good dental work in a relaxed and fun environment, I recommend that you visit Isaacs & Isaacs Family Dentistry. You will love the treatment and the experience. N. Holly

Methodical and very deliberate, I walked out of his office with my teeth looking better than before my accident! Dr. Isaac is, to use a word I avoid, "amazing." His office staff is particularly friendly and helpful. He even had a "walk-in" veteran there as I was waiting and the staff was accommodating him in such a pleasant manner. Both began only a couple minutes after the official start time, which was a nice surprise (I expected a longer wait). Further, in both cases someone checked in with me right at the start time to let me know I'd be up shortly. All of the staff were very friendly which went a long way toward putting me at ease. As someone who hadn't visited the dentist in 10 years, and had built up a pretty scary idea of what was waiting for me, I left both appointments feeling really good about my situation. Colleen did my first day cleaning and x-rays, and really could not have been sweeter. She explained everything as she went, and just had a wonderful bedside manner overall. Dr. Soffer introduced himself toward the end of this appointment and went over a couple things that needed attention, complete with hand drawn pictures to illustrate. Ken has a great, lightheartedness about him and really succeeded in putting me at ease as we talked through future treatments. For my second appointment, Dr. Soffer rebuilt an old cavity, and placed a temporary crown on an old root canal while the permanent crown is being created at the lab. There isn't much you can do while you're in the chair other than look at the ceiling, but Ken does a great job of checking in periodically to make sure you're comfortable and all is well. 90 minutes and all done. It's amazing how far dental technology has come. I know I shouldn't have waited so long to make it back to the dentist, but I am glad the waiting caused me to find Dr. Soffer's practice. It feels like a lie to even suggest this, but I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment to continue getting my teeth back in great shape.

He had the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced in a medical "professional". I was obviously in pain, he didn't stop. I was making noises, writhing in the dental chair, and white knuckling my hands together. He never stopped to give me a break, never stopped to see if I was ok with continuing the procedure, never even explained to me what he was doing. He proceeded to tell me I had "something wrong with my gums", never telling me what or what to do about it. He gets one star because I had to click the star to type the review. Now I have severe anxiety about the dentist in general and I am driving an hour to my new dentist. I will NEVER go there again. I left his office shaking and crying and sick to my stomach.

Very rough and left my mouth a chipped tooth in front and mouth cuts and sores. Teeth werent even well cleaned after all that. and equipment were dirty, unhygienic. dentist left the office in and out repeatedly to post in instagram instead of tend to her patient. Didnt change her gloves a single time she left the room or upon return. At start of my appointment it was made clear to me that they accepted my insurance and there weren't additional costs. It wasn't until 5 months later when I selected a high quality dentist for my next cleaning and their office called solange office to obtain my x rays that Solange office started harassing me for charges that were never communicated to me previously and calling to schedule a new appointment. I called my insurance company to report her after my insurance inquiry confirmed that the Solange office accepted my insurance and there was no reason to start billing me for a cleaning 5 months later, only after a new dentist was identified for my ongoing dental care. Very dodgy dental practice, and dentist is very rough and has extremely unhygienic practices, never changes gloves or washes hands while handling several patients in different rooms and working in their mouths is disgusting. Most horrifying experience in a dental office in all my years. Grateful I saw how she handled patients for basic teeth cleanings and didn't have to deal with her sawing away at my teeth for a surgery. No idea how she manages to retain a single patient. No wonder she needs a side gig as a dentist influencer on instagram.
