If your looking to buy a boat this is the place!! All of the staff are very helpful and I can't…read morespeak highly enough about our sale man. Andy Gibson Knows his boats and was able to answer all our questions. Never felt pushed into buying and when we had it down to two boats he wanted us to test drive them to make sure we would be happy with our choice. (update) We just got our boat serviced (25hr) and again the service guys are the best! walked me through all the things that they checked or replaced and answered all my questions. Thanks Andy, looking forward to many happy boating years!!

Steven B. BEWARE: I got shafted royally by this place and as…read morefar as I'm concerned, they give Colorado a bad name. I have a Mercury 225hp outboard, my alarm was going off and I didn't know what was causing it, I call Island Lake Marina and made appointment for 008-15-2024. They told me my low-level oil float was stuck causing the alarm to sound off and that I would have to have the tank replaced because the float is built in and not replaceable. Its the small tank on the motor. But other than the alarm going off its okay to drive.. They charged me $150.00 ... Then told me another tank would cost $140.00 and an hour labor for installation $150.00, total $290.00. Brought it back on 10-02-2024 and went to pick it up on10-03-2024. The lady at the counter shows me the bill and I was totally stunned $730.08. I realize shops have a 10% give or take but this was ridiculous. I was told he put an inline filter, check valve and a cap where you pour the oil in to the main tank because the old one was hard to get off. $60.00 for those, for a total of $199.00 for parts, Adding another $60.00 to the original estimate, would bring it to $350.00. I was being charged over double. Screwing a cap on, small inline filter and check valve could be done by me in less than 15 minutes. That does not justify another $350.00 and I'm sure purging out the air was figured in on the original estimate. That has to be done on any tank replacement. Oh, and lets not forget the $150.00 I paid for them to say I need the tank, which should have been deducted since they did the work. Brings the total to $880.08 for replacing a tank with 3 bolts in it.. Then when we were hooking my boat up, my girl said the key was left in it in the on position. I get home, friends are waiting, hook up the water and all my batteries in it was dead as a door nail and would not turn over. Then I look down on the side they were working and my taillight on my trailer broken. I was so mad. I felt like I was sucker for punishment. Paid $880.08 , dead battery and broken light, for a $350.job... I will regret taking my boat there for a longtime or the rest of my life, since I'm over 65. Attached photos

Run away from Good Sam Financing! Total clusterfu@@! And…read moreGood Sam doesn't care when we call and ask for assistance. They turf the loans to "Essex" and "Bank of the West", in our case it was Bank of the West. The bank screwed up on the paperwork and turfed multiple parts of the processing to several third parties. Bottom line we have a $75,000 RV that we are making payments on and are paying insurance on but we can't move it because Bank of the West still can't get our license plates to us..this has been going on for almost 2 months now! We called Good Sam to ask for help and were basically told it's not their respinsibility. Way to stand behind your members Good Sam..NOT!

They are liars and cheats just like all American insurance companies. I was just woken to high wind gusts and rain and had to climb onto the roof of my motorhome to re-secure my already damaged roof. My roof was badly damaged late August from a really bad monsoon storm that torn up the back end of my motorhomes roof, I was waiting for the insurance company to get the roof fixed only to find out the Good Sam insurance company is doing everything to avoid paying the claim, and I can't afford to fight them nor the money to replace the one piece fiberglass roof. The motorhome is my home, I live in it. I'm a volunteer at Tonto National Forest, I bought more then enough insurance to cover anything and everything. Mariann Paredes the damage claims representative for the Good Sam insurance company National General insurance says the roof was not maintained,, WTF. She ignored her own document adjuster that came out for 2 hours and documented all the damage and the dealer that sent an email stating that the motorhome including the roof were in excellent condition, Good Sam is a bean counter company that gambles on the little guy losing. They do not want to pay $7-8,000.00 to replace the roof or any of the other damage from wind or water getting in like carpet floor, cracked shower ceiling, slide-out awnings which is all about another $3,000.00 I would take a check for the roof and walk away and do the other repairs myself, but they wont budge asking me for more proof it was maintained. It's a fiberglass roof that gets washed with soap and water and waxed like a normal car per Winnebago Motorhome maintenance recommendations. I'm hoping social media might help my situation if everyone reposted and I can get the Good Sam companies on the all crap list, who knows. Any attorneys pissed off with Good Sam are welcome, I'm here. Thank you, David G. Wilson

For instance, I didn't need a hitch for 3,000# or greater, just something to carry the trike. Even after we agreed that I should look elsewhere, Robert continues to discuss my needs and offer suggestions, such as contacting my bike shop. Robert went above and beyond to assist me, even after it was obvious that there'd be no money in it for them. Based on my experience, I'd return to them for a quote next time I needed a hitch for another reason.

Robert, the owner, promised to have it ready in two weeks. That did not happen. In February, we finally picked it up. When we took it camping, not only did the furnace still not work, but the entire solar/lithium battery system did not work. We took it back to have the problems addressed in April. Robert quoted an amount of $5400 to revamp the system and to install two new awnings. After 18 unanswered phone calls and several visits to the shop, we were finally contacted and told it was ready. When we showed up to retrieve the camper, we were shocked to discover that the new invoice was for a total of over $13,000. None of this was ever presented for our approval. And just now we tried to roll out the awning, and it is broke. Unbelievably terrible experience.
