They subcontracted Charlie Lynch of Lynch Mobile Mechanic Service. During the job, Charlie broke off his cobalt extraction bit into the bolt hole and left the job incomplete. He gave his word that he would return to fix the issue but strung me along for over 10 days, then blocked my number and ghosted me entirely. I reported the issue to InstantCarFix.com, but they ignored it and provided no support. I was ultimately forced to bring my vehicle to a professional shop, where I paid over $800 to correct the damage caused. Dishonest, unprofessional, and financially damaging. I do not recommend either Charlie Lynch or InstantCarFix.com. Save yourself the time, money, and stress--go with a reputable, accountable mechanic.
