When trucks or trailers need repair we typically need it to be back in service within 24 hours. Prior to trying Zanetti's we went to a local repair shop here in Granbury. The local shop charged us $85.00 and told us the trailer was fixed only to find out he hadn't even hooked it up (only checked a few wires). We then took our truck and trailer to Zanetti's who were fantastic. They had our trailer turned around and repaired within a days time and called to tell us exactly what they found was wrong. Their knowledge and willingness to explain what needs to be done is why we will be taking our trailers and trucks to Zanetti's moving forward. Keep up the great work!!

From Michigan to Weatherford Texas we were unable to find a brake shop or somebody willing do the brakes on an emergency type status. That is until we contacted Tamra at All Things Truck and Trailer. Eventually, I met with a gentleman by the name of Nick. I could tell Nick was a bit worrisome due to his shop being plumful. However given the circumstances the team was able to work us in. The ladies too that answer the phone and work there are rude as well & Super snippy. Completely clueless on the warranty paperwork as well. I got more help from Trailerboss Conversions on the LQ in one phone call than I did from Wayne Hodges. I will NEVER buy a trailer from them again. And we travel a ton for events so when asked I will make sure people know of our experience with them. I even made sure to remove the license holder and the wrap branding from the back of the trailer because there is no way I would be a traveling advertisement for them.
