While leaving little Havana on an early Tuesday evening to return home to West Palm Beach, I…read morediscovered my front left tire was flat. After putting air to inflate the tire I arrived to Wheel & Tires EM at 7:50 PM, 10 minutes before they were closing, and Milton? I believe that is his name, was quick to assist me. He inspected the tire, took it to the back of the shop, and since he told me there was no need to buy a new tire, he put a patch on the tire, installed the tire and I was good to go. I really appreciate the quick service, honesty in not trying to unnecessarily upsell me, and reasonable cost to repair the tire. I would highly recommend this business.

Do not look anywhere else…read more I honestly can't say enough great things about D'Professional. I've been bringing my cars here for over 10 years, and they've been there for me through everything--from small scratches and dings to major accident repairs. Some of the repairs have gone through insurance, while others I've paid for out of pocket, and I've always received the same outstanding level of service and quality. When you hand over your car after an accident, you're putting a lot of trust in the people repairing it. Every single time, D'Professional has exceeded my expectations. They treat every vehicle as if it were their own, and the finished product is always flawless. You would never know the car had been damaged. What keeps me coming back isn't just their incredible work--it's the people. They're honest, transparent, fair, and genuinely care about their customers. They take the time to answer questions, keep you updated throughout the process, and make what can be a stressful situation so much easier. In a world where it's hard to find businesses you can truly trust, D'Professional has earned my loyalty for more than a decade. I recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation because I know they'll be taken care of. If you're looking for an auto body shop that delivers exceptional craftsmanship with integrity and truly stands behind their work, this is the place. Thank you for over 10 years of consistently amazing service--you've earned a customer for life!

D'Professional Collision Center is a SCAM - Avoid at All Costs!…read more I made the mistake of bringing a car to D'Professional Collision Center after a tiny fender bender--and I regret it entirely. What should have been a simple, inexpensive fix turned into the most outrageous, overpriced scam I have ever experienced. My Story: The damage to the car was minimal--just a small dent on the corner of the trunk door and a slightly misaligned bumper. The trunk still opened and closed perfectly fine, no scraping, just fine and there were no scratches anywhere. This should have been a quick and simple repair that, at most, would have cost $300 at a reasonable shop. But D'Professional Collision? They had the audacity to hand me a bloated estimate filled with completely unnecessary charges: * 8.9 hours of labor to fix a tiny dent? Lies. * 9.4 hours of painting and paint supplies--when there was no paint damage to begin with! * Replacing the car's nameplates--which were completely fine and untouched! At this point, I realized they were straight-up making things up to jack up the price. They prey on people who don't know much about car repairs and expect customers to blindly accept their outrageous estimates. This Place is a Den of Thieves The way they conduct business is criminal. They pad their estimates with bogus fees, overcharge for labor that doesn't need to be done, and shamelessly take advantage of their customers. Everyone involved in running this place should be locked up for what they're doing. It's one thing to charge high prices--it's another to flat-out scam people. If you need repairs, DO NOT COME HERE. Go to a trustworthy, family-owned body shop that won't rob you blind. This place is nothing but a complete rip-off, and I wouldn't trust them to fix a scratch on a toy car. Save your money, save your time, and go somewhere that actually values honesty.
