We did all the paperwork and agreed I was going to pickup the car the next Friday April 24. After everything was done to my surprise I notice an imperfection in the paint next to the GMC logo on the right fender. After a closer look I notice a runoff of the clear finish. I immediately decided to do a troughfull inspection of the car. To my surprise I found this car was involved in an accident and it was not reported, different shades of paint between the front bumper and the right fender was also noticeable. However it was listed as a pre-owned certified no accident and clean title. I decided to canceled the purchase immediately. The car still listed on autotrader as no accident and clean title, pre-owned certified, this a the VIN # 1GKS1BKD7PR192528 GMC Yukon Silver. Beware of this dealership.

I refused the price, cos it was higher than what other stores had told me. She instantly got into an instant cursing rage for my refusal and requested that I pay for the check-up. I refused. She got so mad: called me the N word, cursing and threatened to not release my vehicle to me cos I refused on price. But when she saw that I was calling the cops, she ordered my vehicle released. But since I already called the cops, she ran away and disappeared. The cops came and advised that I go online to review bad customer service as such. Do not take your vehicle to this shop. My advice.
