They've been in business for years, and it shows--not just in their experience, but in how they treat people. I brought my car in expecting a major repair, and instead of upselling me, they walked me through what actually needed to be done and what didn't. That kind of honesty is hard to come by. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never pressured me, and made sure I understood my options. In a time where it feels like everything is about squeezing out more money, this shop stands out for doing the opposite--being fair, transparent, and genuinely looking out for their customers. If you want a mechanic you can trust long-term, not just for one visit, this is the place. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Dealing with car issues is not something I know about, nor have experience with, but was at the point of having to deal with the State Inspection and having to wait for it to be done. Darin was the one who set up my appointment at a time to suit me and when I arrived, guided me through the entire process, including walking me to my car in the snow! important to me: very well appointed waiting room... leather sofa and chairs with cushions (not the usual miserable plastic molds) and very clean and calm.
