Went there this morning to get a 6 x 10 light duty trailer. The folks there could not have been…read morenicer or more professional. Once I got it home, an hour drive, I did my usual inspections of the trailer. Tires were a bit overinflated. No biggie. Set them back the factory recommended 50#. All lights worked perfectly. I pulled the wheels and hub covers to check the hubs, bearings and grease. All was perfect. Considering that this is one of their value leader trailers, it looked as though they had assembled the hubs as though their own lives depended on it. I could have pulled this across the USA and it would have been fine. Never found a new trailer IME set up this well. I have 8 tie down hooks to weld around the frame tomorrow and I will call it ready for everything! Best new trailer day I have ever had. I even stopped at a DMV in Suffolk on my way home and got it transferred and plated in 15 minutes. A new world record for DMV service there!

They came and extended the ramp and the other problem which to me is a factory defect was where the garage door meets the floor they didn't make the metal shield long enough to cover the wood. Delivery date was changed, Coop was delivered to the wrong location then back to original and no…read moretime to inspect before delivery due to this. Coop arrived with paint missing on places and overpaint. I was informed that the run would not be assembled at the time of delivery (therefore unusable). I was promised someone would assemble it that afternoon or at most first thing the next morning. I never received follow up calls regarding this..in fact, had to call to ask for information numerous times. The run was installed later. The chicken ladder had to be hand delivered by a leonard worker seperately because it was not with the original delivery. I was later informed by the manager that leonard does not assemble the runs (really?!) and usually charge extra for assembly (which I was no informed of). I was charged 75.00 for delivery and set up...so I'm confused as to what the 1 hour set up is for if the product doesn't get assembled. This place is not consistent, does not follow thru/follow up, and their customer service is nonexistent. Leonard prides itself on customer service and this location severly fails to meet that standard.
